The place is disgusting; dirty, and the food has changed into something unplaletable. The Health Inspector should definitely make a visit. I was unable to leave the bathroom the last time I got a delivery.

had some time to kill- I ordered the philly- VERY little meat and something tasted sour- so I sent it back and got a Italian sub to go - It was basic - nothing to run back and get - my server was smiling and friendly BUT the others stood around and I overheard them talking about customers - I... Ordered take-out!! Ordered the eggplant Parmesan dinner that came with a salad and side spaghetti. We also ordered a small sausage and mushroom pizza with extra garlic rolls. The food arrived hot. The salad was enough for two to share. The dressing was a creamy Italian that was excellent. The eggplant parm was some if the best I've had anywhere.... More

I had the meatball Parm. The meatballs were really salty and not cut in half so it makes eating your sandwhich difficult because it all fell apart. I might give it another try if im in the area but will try something different. Wouldnt be a suggestion to friends tho.

Although the building and interior are old and dated, this place continues to serve up great food at decent prices. The weekday lunch menu has alot to offer at good prices - 2 slices and a drink for under $6 - with large pasta dishes around $7 - $8. Portions are large and the food is very good. The service... Our lunch was OK. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza to see how it compared with Umbeto's. It didn't. Tasted like cardboard with tomato sauce on it. The wife had lobster ravioli and she said they were OK and mine was Ok.

We have been going to Big Louie's for pizza for years. They are a mainstay in Pompano Beach. The garlic rolls are sooo good and the pizza is delicious. The staff is friendly and laid back. We look forward to our weekly treat at Big Louie's. Their prices are reasonable and house wine is good. We've never had an experience... More

I live within their delivery area in Pompano, Florida. I use to order from Big Louies often; however, it was never very good, just convenient. What finally got to me was their indifference when they were told of a mistake or poor food quality. They really don't seem to care! Maybe they get a lot of one time tourists because... More

Big Louie's has the best food of any Italian restaurant I have dined at in the state of FL. I actually worked for the chain in 1988 as a bookkeeper, and i can tell you the food quality is the same. My favorite is their garlic rolls which are made from pizza dough. Their is nothing on their menue that... More
