That's Italiano!

If you are craving Italian, this is the place to dine. Beautiful, romantic courtyard for dining alfresco, however lots of tables and bar inside that are comfy! The chicken rolatini and sea bass were delish, and thank you very much for substituting the pasta for broccoli…the cannoli however was... read more

What a jewel this restaurant is! We had a very special meal here. The waiter was exemplary with his seamless serving style and his unobtrusive manner. Everyone enjoyed their meals, but I do think my red snapper was the best I have ever had. The lemon sauce was to die for! It will be hard to beat!

We saw great reviews for this place on trip advisor, so we went for dinner. Its one of those places you walk into and feel its not the cleanest. The décor looks like its still there from the 80's, which in my eyes can be a sign the food might not be the best. We ordered wine and they only... More

If you looking for a traditional Italian meal, this is the place. Service was attentive, portions more than adequate, deserts are very good with a decent wine list. The décor is somewhat dated (understated?), but that is part of the charm.

Warm Welcome! Seated to a nice table, Waiter there with water and menu. Bread was warm and wonderful. App . was great. Our water glasses were never low and bread was there is we wanted it. Loved the salad, just the right size. The Veal was excellent. It was a great family meal. My Aunt had a walker and they... More

The salad was good, the veal parmigiana was good as was the sauce, but the veal Marsala and mushrooms was questionable as they gave my husband 3 pieces of veal, 2 veal and one pepper steak. Also, the carafe of vine was a bit pricey. The cappuccino was very good. Our waiter was very good, too!

After a wonderful day in southern Florida with friends, it came to a disappointing end at La Veranda. The food was good, but not exceptional, and was delivered luke warm and very very late. Several tables were seated after us, the patrons received their orders, and left prior to our orders being served. When we asked to speak to the... More

After ordering we waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes for our food to arrive! Ended up asking for boxes to take food home it was so late. We asked to speak to the owner and he refused to come out to talk to us. Unbelievable.

The food is okay. Nothing special. The service is atrocious. The owner is rude. I would never go back, there are MUCH nicer dining experiences in the area.

Ate at La Veranda while visiting family who had never been there. Someone recommended it and it was one of the best Italian meals we've had. The veal parmigiana was outstanding! And also chicken cacciatore and veal Marsala. If you're in the Pompano Beach area you must visit this restaurant.
