While on vacation I check TA for area restaurants in the area I am visiting and the Cypress Nook was well rated. I decided to try it on a Saturday night I was surprised how quickly I was seated and waited upon. I was served a beer within five minutes of being seated and having a hard time deciding on... More

Unassuming little place on McNab that serves great breakfast , lunch and dinner with a German twist. We love their sauerbraten, schnitzels, and rolled beef. The sides such as German potato salad, red cabbage and spaetzel are excellent also Large servings and very reasonable prices. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. I've never had to wait for a table... More

This simple place looks modest from the street but one you enter the little garden it is so charming! The way the garden is decorated and landscaped shows the owners attention to detail and how much they care about the guest experience. The staff work as a team to make everyone feel like family. The food was great as well... More

I had the Schweinhaxe and it was phenomenal, brought me right back to when I lived in Germany. They have a nice selection of German beer on tap at very reasonable prices to boot. My date had the calf liver and she loved it as well. Quite an amazing find in Pompano Beach.

After a ridiculously early flight, we needed some breakfast. Found the Cypress Nook courtesy of TripAdvisor. It was superb. Delicious. Great service. And the banana pancakes are something even Jack Johnson would write home about. <3

Who would think one could find a good Schweinhaxen in south Florida? There's a little bit of the homeland at this Cypress Nook restaurant. It's a small tidy place with a large German style bier garten out front. The food is great here. I had Knockwurst and it came with a generous proportion of authentic German potato salad and red... Extremely friendly staff that serves up an insanely excellent blend of authentic German food and American breakfast plays. Staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back any time we're in South Florida!
