Great food! Lived in Pinellas Count for almost 20 years, moved away for almost 10 years, returned to visit family and tried Cajun Cafe on a whim. I was not disappointed! All items taste great. Restaurant almost feels like a home-made building put together with leftover supplies, so it is very casual. Sitting outside you do not feel like you're... More

I have lived not far from the cajun cafe my whole life and finally decided to stop in. Well, the place is right next to the flea market on a bayou. It's a nice location with outside waterfront seating. I went with a party of ten and all the food was delicious most dishes are pretty spicy. The only downside... More

Great food and great atmosphere. The beer selection is amazing. If you have room in the stomach after your dlinner, do have the bread pudding and ignore the calories.... Sit out on the back deck and enjoy the atmosphere.....!

This place has some really great Louisiana style food. The prices were great. Most dinners range between 10 and 15 bucks. A few are more than that. They have a large beer menu. The bread pudding with butter sauce/whiskey was the best bread pudding I've ever had. It was not soggy at all which is what most places do. Will... More

Great setting and good food. For customers that have not been to the Bayou will think it's a dirty place to eat. Having visited the Bayou on many occasions, they have done a great job of make it look and feel like Bayou restaurants. If you have been unable to visit Louisiana and love Cajun food, you will not be... More

My wife and I went with our friends for the first time. All was going well until my entree was placed in front of me. Sticking out of my okra was a spiraled metal shaving. Uncoiled it'd have been at least a few inches long. With the waiter still standing there I said I really didn't want to eat the... More

Pretty, but rustic setting.... We always sit outside by the water for a beautiful view! Everything I've had here has been delicious..... But my favorite is the Cajun Garlic Pot Roast. And I always order it with fried okra! The Crab cakes are delicious too!!

Excellent meal.. Dirty price but everything is spice.. the Jumbalaya, Dirty rice were both excellent. The Fried Cajun Meatloaf was surprisingly good.. But hot, Went thru a pitcher of coke.. The Whiskey Bread pudding is huge (feeds 4) and awesome.. Might go there for just that
