Food is good. Charge you for to go boxes and bread...never heard of that anywhere.. Other than that portions are good sized. Used to come a lot but it seems that our favorite server has not been there the short curly green eyed girl (johana or anna not sure??) she took really good care and knew what she was doing.... More

We decided to try something new for breakfast while visiting the St Petersburg area...and boy, are we glad we did. The Sunday buffet breakfast was fantastic. American and Cuban foods were available in abundance. Eggs, bacon, grits, sweet plantains, rice, beans, fruit... Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Would it be wrong to plan a 4 hour drive to Pinellas... More

I have eaten at La Teresita for more than 10 years. I usually eat a late lunch or early dinner and always order their roast pork dinner. Some years back, my dad who was in his 90s accompanied me, and we were regular Friday customers. We knew several of the staff by name, and they treated my dad like royalty.... More

Stopped by for a late lunch and the server was "johnny on the spot" with service. Drinks were brought to the table promptly and shortly after the meal order was placed - the meals arrived - well prepared, hot and nice size portions. The rice was perfect. The entire family was very satisfied. The location is perfect and there seems... More

I have been a big fan of this restaurant for more than 20 years. I go there for the roast pork dinner it is absolutely fabulous. But, today I went there and was charged for an extra basket of bread.I just cannot believe that a restaurant would charge for something as simple as bread. Not exactly an high end item.... More

We can highly recommend this restaurant for good Cuban food. The black bean soup was wonderful. The yucca well prepared. The whole red snapper deep fried just right. My wife's shrimp dish was equally tasty. The service was conscientious and good. Will return when in the area!!!

We went for an early dinner and the restaurant was empty, but filled up later. We had good platters of Cuban food. One was sauteed beef with onions, peppers and some chorizo with soup and white rice--pretty tasty for about $10. The other platter was pork chops and grilled onions--very thin meat was somewhat dry, but with a good taste... More

dinner with three of my long time business friends while on a trip to the Tampa area; all of them are food people and two of them love this place that live near by. Many choices for Cuban in the area and I have enjoyed everything from Sandwich Shops to higher end. La Teresita really hits on so many levels.... More

My Favorite Cuban Restaurant for the past 25 years (how long I have lived in the Tampa Bay area)! Every meal is completely fabulous! If you want authentic Cuban cuisine, this is where you must go in the Tampa Bay Area. Fortunately, there are several Tampa Bay locations.
