I live in Pensacola and eat lunch and dinner here at least once a week and have never been disappointed. The food is simple, the range is limited, but what they do, they do superbly. This is by far my favorite seafood restaurant in Pensacola, the oysters are delicious. I am not a local but I travel a lot and I always make a point of stopping at the Marina Oyster Barn at least once during my trips to Pensacola. Get a dozen oysters and a grouper sandwich (ask for it Dale's way). more

I went to the Oyster Barn the day after Thanksgiving 2007. I've visited Pensacola a number of times and always include a trip to this restaurant. It's a pretty basic place: Good seafood at a decent price. It's a small place frequented by locals. The staff seems to know many of the customers and it has a kind of "clique-ish"... more

I can not believe the positive comments about this place. I did not have a good meal here. I was served the worst meal ever at this place. The seafood was old , not fresh. Will not go there again. more

I have been a resident of Pensacola for the past 56 yrs. My wife and I visted the Marina Oyster Barn today April 11, 2007. This was not good seafood!!! The long wait for a table is testimony to the excellent food and service Dale Rooks and his Mother dish out for Pensacola food lovers.
