Very nice people. Ate our dinner outside on a beautiful evening. Seafood was great and the only thing missing was an evening ice cream!

If you are looking for white table clothes, fancy silverware, and flowers on the table, you won't find it here! However, if you want local flavor, fresh seafood, oysters and friendly service, it is your stop! My favorite, Fried mullet (don't turn your nose at this one, a local favorite for centuries), cheese grits, baked beans, as an entree, but... More

This is a bare bones place on a bayou that has been around for decades. Small, thin paper napkins wrapped around the most basic eating utensils are what you get when you sit down in this eating place. Served on plastic plates, the food is just as basic, poorly prepared and generally disappointing. Oysters Rockefeller didn't resemble the traditional dish.... More

Since I used to live in Pensacola and still visit a couple times a year...I know this restaurant well. Each and every time I have been there, I have been happy to see that nothing changes.....but this trip was different. It was the first time I was actually disappointed. From the time I sat down, I felt things were not... More

We had shrimp, both fried and grilled. Good sides, and generous portions. It is a little pricey for a small seafood dive, but we enjoyed everything we tried, including some very good banana pudding.

This was our second trip to the Marina Oyster Barn in Pensacola. The food was just as great as the first time. The seafood is fresh and cooked to perfection. Try the Shrimp and Grits Ha Ha as they are delightful. There are no military or senior discounts.

We've been customers since 1964. Very sad to report 5 people at lunch had 3 terrible meals. Oysters still great as are hot hushpuppies. But oysters modified like Oysters Rockefeller were awful. Can you imagine putting fake soybean bacon bits on good seafood? Or tons of cheap cheddar or mozzarella? And then undercook them. The 'crab' on the modified oysters... More

The Marina Oyster Barn, has one of the best scenic vikews on the Gulf Coast, and food to match. Steamed oysters, or a couple of dozen raw, they are the freshest and best. Varied menu, I favor the mullet plate. There are many choices. Staff is fast, friendly, and insures a wonderful lunch or dinner experience. Wine and Beer available.... More

Think of your very casual hometown diner. This is the place! Not easy to find, but worth the hunt. Perhaps the best baked oysters I have ever had. Don't miss the sampler platter... Oysters prepared 4 ways. So good I am not sure which I liked best. Guess I will have to stick with the sampler.
