Conveniently located near the intersection of Garden St. and Barrancas Ave., Slips is a favorite lunch place for people who work downtown. This place is best known for fried fish, shrimp, and chicken. There are other things, too, but the fish and shrimp baskets are my favorites. They also have fried oysters and sandwiches.
