Very basic décor but wonderful food. I have the crab cakes, they were different than any others, shredded crab. Yummy. We had a group of 8 and everyone liked their food :-) Good service and fresh fresh food! Best cold slaw ever!

We got here as most people I believe - we thought Joe Patti's was a restaurant - it's not. There's a small sushi counter and a little deli but it's mostly just a fish market. So we asked about the restaurant and got directed here. All the food is fried but it was delicious. Our server was great, the sweet... More

We eat here every time we vacation in Pensacola. Great fresh seafood and way more than ample portions. Everything is fried but we knew that ahead of time. Catch of the day is always a good choice and even if its something you haven't heard of, try it. Patti herself was there when we went, making rounds after she ate,... More

We too were a little confused when we arrived - you get the impression that your going to be eating at Joe Patti's, the seafood market. Captain Joey Patti's is on the opposite side of the parking lot from Joe Patti's, - kind of catercorner from the market. But, a short walk across the parking lot is good for the... More

We were a little confused when we arrived, we thought Joe Patti's was where we were going to eat. I wish we weren't at a hotel because the fish at that market and the gourmet foods section all looked AMAZING! But across the parking lot was this little local gem. We were lucky that it was Wednesday, because they had... More

We came at lunchtime on a Saturday. They were packed, but we had a table within 10 minutes. There were 4 in our party and we each ordered something different. They only had gumbo available for the soup selection and it was wonderful. It was served with a scoop of rice and was delicious. We almost licked the cup! We... More

I was looking forward to this place, but what restaurant closes at 7? And that's their SUMMER hours? We ended up eating across the road. :(

This restaurant is not a tourist trap and not located in a prominent downtown area. It is off the beaten path and you almost have to know it is there. Every time we visit the Pensacola area, Captain Joey Patti’s restaurant is a must and we’ve never been disappointed. Yes, as some other reviewers have noted, the seafood is FRIED... More

We were confused about the relationship between Joe Patti's the seafood market and this restaurant. The seafood market offers fresh fish to go, has a small but super-busy (long wait) sushi stand, and a carry-out deli that sells soups, bread, cheese dips, imported butter, hot sauces, etc. The deli is much more gourmet than the restaurant, which sits in a... Our trip had taken us down a backroad along the water, it was nearly 1:30 pm and we hadn't had lunch yet. I spied this big boat next to a building topped with the sign 'Joe Patti's Seafood'. We assumed it was a restaurant but soon discovered that Joe was a fish monger and this was the biggest and busyiest... More
