My review "oh yeah" dec 7.ended up on the fish market site and doan go to the place ACROSS the street. This place is hidden one block west of the market and 2 blocks south of 98. No sign or sight of the place from the road. A real hidden find.

Eating FRESH seafood is a treat and Capt Joey Patti's Seafood Deli has the freshest fish on a consistent basis I have had. The food was so good I went twice on the same day and returned with a party of 10 for the next. It is only open 10:30am - 4:30pm Tues - Sat so make arrangements to go... More

We love this out of the way local seafood place, wonderful service, excellant food, and a pleasant environment every time. Not a fancy place now, but the food is really wonderful. Like gumbo? THE BEST in Pensacola.

We took our 9, 7 & 3 year olds with us to eat lunch. We ordered clam chowder which was delicious, but different than any other New England style clam chowder I've had before. It is very smoky with lots of seasoning in it. However, as different as it was, the clams were amazingly fresh and practically melted in your... More

Read this before you go! The servings are immense! This place has the best seafood for the money I’ve ever had. I had the seafood combo #1- 5 oysters, 5 shrimp, catch of the day, fries, cole slaw, and beans. The catch of the day was flounder and there were 3 large pieces, each big enough to be a serving.... Nothing fancy and literally no atmosphere--but really fresh fried seafood, especially the fried shrimp and hush puppies. Our server was as sweet as the tea, and her suggestions were spot on. The cheese grits, fries and beans were perfect sides. The fried onion rings were also very good. The big hit, though, was the fried shrimp basket. We splurged and got... More

Some of the best FRESH seafood you'll ever have. This is not a fancy restaurant, you will eat out of a basket with plastic cutlery but I'll take that any day for the great food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. The baked beans were like nothing I've tasted before - awesome!! Expect it to be busy at peak times so... More

This restaurant was on our list for our vacation to Pensacola. The reviews I read were very good. I have eaten a lot of good fresh seafood in my time, but the fried shrimp and grouper was a huge disappointment here. Both the shrimp and grouper were fried too long. The shrimp were rubbery and the grouper was dry---not moist... More

I am so sorry that you did not enjoy dining with us. If you are still in Pensacola, please come back by so that I can properly prepare your meal for free. I do want to mention that we use a mixture of cracker meal and flour for our fried seafood. Most people love it but others say it's too... More

This place ain't fancy...but has great fried seafood at very cheap prices. My wife had the grouper sandwich and fries. Sand. was $7 and $1.75 for fries. Fish was thick beautiful real grouper. I had dozen shrimp. The shrimp was very large. The breading was a little thick for me but that is a personal preference. They were very good... More
