Good food...long wait!

We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed the food. We all ordered the catch of the day which was flounder. The waitress messed up my order by bringing me hush puppies instead of french fries she quickly righted it and let me keep the hush puppies which were some of the best I've ever eaten. Best kept secret in Pensacola per another customer! Cute little hole in the wall seafood restaurant. Great food, friendly waitstaff & family friendly. Try the mullet... it's surprisingly delicious. Basa was also good. We'll definitely come back when we're in town!

A local favorite, I love that when I visited there were people who've eaten there for years shared with me their favorites. Gumbo was yummie, shrimp was excellent.

Every time we visit there are the same waitresses with friendly service . The restaurant feels like a comfortable hometown kind of place. We live in NW AR so we only visit a couple times a year when we go over to Joe Pattis for fresh fish and shrimp for the ride home. But everything is very good. Is it... More

Stopped in on a whim and was not dissapointed. Our server was very helpful with giving us suggestions. My husband ordered the seafood platter and we shared it, he the Catfish and I the shrimp, he had beans for a side and I had a house salad. Everything was just right, fast and hot. The only downside is we both... More

My husband and I stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner. We were blown away by the quality of the food! I ordered the fried mullet with baked beans & hushpuppies, and my husband ordered the scallops dinner, which comes with baked beans & cole slaw, with fries as his side. Everything was fantastic, right down to the sweet tea.

Best & most reasonably priced food in town. All was cooked just right. Friend had basa basket & she liked her food, too. And she's a seafoodie. Would like a good cold beer w/seafood, though.
