Description: McGuire's Irish Pub first opened in 1977 as a small neighborhood pub in a shopping center. In 1982 McGuire's moves to its current location; Pensacola's original 1927 Old Firehouse. Inside the pub you'll find a turn-of-the-century, New York Irish Saloon themed 615-seat restaurant. We are celebrated for our atmosphere boasting more than One Million signed dollar bills hanging from the ceilings and walls of the Pub. In 1996, McGuire's Irish Pub of Destin opened on beautiful Destin Harbor with the same great food and live Irish entertainment. For the most current Menu's please visit our website.

Outstanding Shepherd's Pie and authentic Irish atmosphere. The food and service were great. Prices are a bit high for the portions, but worth a visit!

We didn't feel like a steak so I had the best Rueben ever and she had a cheeseburger. Potato salad was rich and creamy. We both took home 1/2 our sandwiches they were so big! Root beer brewed there is really good. Try counting the $1.8 million dollar bills attached to ceiling and walls. Its a real fun place. Music... More

Being an out-of-towner, I met a group of friends here for dinner one weekday night. Place was amazing. They have dollar bills taped to every inch of the restaurant. It's pretty neat to see. The hostess told us that the founder or original bartender taped her first $1 to the bar behind her and it spread like wildfire. The local... More

quick trip into P'Cola for the day so I opted for McGuires, what can I say ? Everything was as expected, though I do miss the "exclusive" feel of only having the prime rib served on Friday or Saturday nights.

We ordered the beer sampler, it was just right to try the different beers. Then we made our choice of what to have with the appetizer. We ordered the Blue cheese chips! Wow!! It was more than we could eat, but so good... The waitress Melonie was very good!!! She explained everything and what we might like to try. She... More

The food was very good. Definitely recommend the spinach and artichoke dip with chips ~ delicious! The atmosphere was fun. The service was fair; could have been a bit more attentive and friendly.

Recently ate at the Pensacola location of mcGrires for lunch. I will say I like the destin location better. This location is very cramped for space. Still a gazillion dollar bills every where! Since it was my husband's first time, it took a little longer to order the main course. We started with the yummy 18 cent senate soup. Love... More

Didn't expect prime rib to be so good from Florida! Never had a smoked one as well...delicious! Their craft beers are great. Had a stout and was pretty good.

This is a good restaurant, but not everything is the best. I have been here on multiple occasions, and try something different each time I go. There house-brew root beer is awesome, and so is their lamb stew. It was delicious! But, one time I got the fish and chips (which I love to try everywhere I go), and it... More

Thanks for your review. I'm glad you try different menu items and enjoyed the root beer and the lamb stew. Sorry you didn't enjoy our fish and chips. They are actually beer battered then breaded to give it crispier texture than using a typical tempura type batter. Thank you for your patronage. We appreciate your business. Hope to see you... More
