McGuire's Irish Pub first opened in 1977 as a small neighborhood pub in a shopping center. In 1982 McGuire's moves to its current location; Pensacola's original 1927 Old Firehouse. Inside the pub you'll find a turn-of-the-century, New York Irish Saloon themed 615-seat restaurant. We are celebrated for our atmosphere boasting more than One Million signed dollar bills hanging from the ceilings and walls of the Pub. In 1996, McGuire's Irish Pub of Destin opened on beautiful Destin Harbor with the same great food and live Irish entertainment. For the most current Menu's please visit our website.

I'll cut straight to it. This is a very interesting place with authentic decor. Service was very good although it slowed a bit toward the end. Food is very good quality. Ruben rolls appetizer was delicious. Ribeye was cooked to perfection with the best mashed potatoes. Lamb chops were very good with fries and green mint jelly that paired well... More

This place is a must see. Can you believe over 2 million dollar bills on the walls and ceilings? You really have to see this place to believe it. And the food was excellent. A bit pricey but sooooo worth it.

Yo! Listen up, the homeboy with the antlers, some people know him as a moose, has a name now. That name is Pookie. Pookie received his name on 03/26/2015 amidst much discussion on what homeboy's name should be. This is the playa that is towards the back with the funeral signs under him. He once was depressed due to the... More

Second year that we stopped in the Pensacola area on our way from FL to TX. Pensacola stop this year was to revisit McGuire's to relive the fun of last year. They did not disappoint ... food was great, fun waiter and place to be. It can be very busy (big line when we were leaving), so time of arrival... More

This is a unique, fun place to have a meal with a brew. They hang dollar bills from customers all over the ceiling so you are literally eating under thousands of $. They play Celtic music in the background and have traditional meals like shepherd's pie and corned beef and cabbage. There are lots of unique signs and pictures all... More

We visited McGuires for a birthday celebration. It was our first visit to this restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised when our group of seven was seated immediately. The hostess and waitress (Paula) were very helpful. She had good recommendations, was there when needed and was not when not needed. She was always checked in by visually checking on the... More

Their "Ernie" burger is amazing, best mushroom burger I have ever eaten. My wife got the nachos and they are literally the size of your head and could feed a small third world country!!!

But this is my favorite place ever. I love everything about it- the architecture, decor, atmosphere, food-and the entire staff is awesome. I expected a long wait to be seated by the looks of the parking lot- but we were seated right away in the grand hall decorated with original pub paintings from Ireland and England. Twiggy was our waitress... More
