We have been coming here for spring break for years. The place has definitely gone downhill. It always was expensive but it was our yearly treat. Now it is expensive and not worth the money. Can you imagine putting one cherry tomato cut in half on the salad. This is portion control to the extreme! We will not come here... More

We went here for lunch and it was excellent. Great food at great prices overlooking the inter-coastal waterway. Anthony waited on us and was very cordial. It was very nice in every way. I'll definitely be back!

We stopped by here for dinner. Like everywhere else in FL, they had fresh oysters. We ordered a dozen to start, and they were huge -- biggest oysters I've ever seen. They were sweet and tender, too. For dinner, I had shrimp and grits -- again, best ever! My husband enjoyed shrimp and scallops -- nice, big pieces and cooked... More

We stopped for drinks and appetizers and were treated with excellent food (especially the blackened oysters!) and wonderful services. It is a nice restaurant and we will go back for dinner.

Oyster Bar has always been a favorite and one of my top three or four restaurants at the beach. So, it was disappointing that my visit this year didn’t live up to my recollection of previous visits. I thought they’d slipped a little, but my sister gave them a red star, signifying one of the best and a must repeat.... More

Always a treat to have dinner at the Oyster Bar. Lovely location away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Food and service always consistently good. We have never had a bad experience here; one of our favorite places to have dinner on the gulf. Make sure to have the shrimp appetizer; it is wonderful but... More

We had a late lunch/early dinner here on an October afternoon. It is on the water and you can sit inside or outside. View was nice. My husband had the broiled seafood for 13.99. It was just okay. I had the sautéed scallops for 12.99 and enjoyed it - had a great sauce. You get 2 sides. I had salad... More

The location and ambiance is great. To bad the food does not match it. When a person goes to the beach they expect fresh fish. The fish appeared to be commercially fried. Maybe we will give them another chance next year.

We have dined here three times in the last two weeks. Good food at fair prices makes for great value. This restaurant has a nice ambiance with beautiful water views. We would recommend this place to everyone.
