Went to dinner at 8pm. Ordered a dinner and had to wait on my second side item, and it was cold. Love the atmosphere and servers were friendly, just wasn't impressed with my food.

This little place is right off exit 7 on the left. There are 20 vegetable items on the menu as well as seafood (mullet, shrimp and oysters) Their liver and onions are some of the best I have ever had. Great atmosphere and good food.

Catfish was not done. Beans greasey, hush puppies cold. This was my first and last time coming here. Called to speak to management was told I had to call back later. Wow just don't waste your money like I did

Wayne's is located just off Interstate 10 in Pensacola and is fashioned after the old diners found in the 1950s, with 50s music playing throughout. Their specialty is home-cooking where you will find such dishes as Chicken & Dumplings, Meat Loaf, Liver & Onions, etc. with a large number of sides and vegetables - Butter Beans, Cabbage, Okra, and the... This is not where you want to go for a fancy meal. But it was a good place to stop along the interstate and grab some pretty good food. The fried pickles were great and had a huge order. Not a bad place for the price.

The sign out front advertising something like 20 vegetables captured our attention. In actuality, it is more like 20 sides...I don't count mac and cheese as a vegetable. But the food was good. The menu goes heavy to comfort food, which suited us that day. It is right off the interstate, which is convenient. At close to 5, it was... More

This was our first time here and we'll not go back. Walking in you could smell the carpet. The ceilings have either black mold or air duct dust. The overall appearance of the place is ok, until you take a closer look. We sat near the restrooms which you could smell, then we sat in the back area which smelled... More

I've tried this place twice. The first time was so-so. Thought I would give it a second chance, once again it was so-so.

Decor is flashback but food is up to date down home cooking. Served fresh & many selections to choose from. If you have room after the large quantity of food they serve you can fit room for there many fine deserts. Shakes & best banana split around.
