The chef invents ice cream flavors: one made with the local beer, others with fruit or veggies in season, or one of my favorite 'regulars' pear with blue cheese. Samples are offered freely--making your choice even tougher. Ah, but what a problem to have!

Had the tiramisu gelato and my friend had the raspberry which I tasted. Soooo good. Made there and the owner said she makes her gelato without eggs and 100 calories less than ice cream. What's not to love? Had a wonderful lunch at Dharma Blue Cafe but saved dessert for Dolce's. It was worth it. Will def. go there next... More

After completing a lovely tour of historic Pensacola, we decided to try Dolce. We were not disappointed. There were quite a few flavors of gelato. I chose the tiramisu, and my friend had pumpkin and pear cardamon. The service was excellent, atmosphere inside and out just right. Our waiter even came outside to take a picture of us. If you... Sent the kids in here on a whim while the wife and I sipped beer next door. I stole a few bites of their gelato and quite enjoyed it. The kids were happy, the adults were happy, everyone was happy!

Dolce has fascinating flavors, lavender and lemon cookie, but it was $10 for a small and medium cup of gelato... rather steep for a sweet treat.

They Have GREAT gelato with original flavors, albeit a bit overpriced, - mascarpone pear caramel is to die for, but what good is it if you can only press your nose against the glass without even a spoonful!! Yes I know its a small business trying to limit overhead costs, but CHANGE YOUR POSTED HOURS THEN!!! I swear they have... More

Located in a historic home, this gelato and coffee shop had delicious gelato (flavored change daily according to the sign). I really enjoyed the dark chocolate porter made with local beer. Blackberry cobbler flavor is yummy! Highly recommended as a place to beat the heat!

Stopped by this cool little shop today after our historic Pensacola tour. The buildilng was originally built in the 1800's and has been refurbished and looks great. The gelato was very good, but is kinda expensive for the amount you get. Nice cool break after the hot tour.
