This place is always busy

...so we needed to try it out. A "neighborhood bar" where locals hang out. We enjoyed our evening here; food and drink are very good.

We were at the Hangout Fest in Gulf Shores and were flying out of Pensacola on a Monday. We were walking around at 11:00am looking for a spot for a beer (funny, I know) and they had just opened up. We sat outside and had an app and a few beers before heading to the airport. Seems like a great... More

A cool little place to hang out for awhile. Good location for being downtown. Great atmosphere with some old world charm. Lots of locals. Good beer selection with some good ones on tap. Busy kitchen with some good food. Good local place to go without the cold, stuffy corporate places.

This is exactly the sort of bar & restaurant we seek on our travels - a casual joint with a funky neighborhood vibe. The uber-friendly service and really good chow won us over, and we swooned over the long list of craft beers, bottled and on draught. The thick, juicy sandwiches are grilled in garlic butter and come with chips... More

I would recommend the Cuban, Grilled Chicken Sandwich or the chicken wings. They make their own garlic hummus too served with pita bread...Yum. The location is classic downtown Pensacola with a laid back atmosphere with several different beer choices to suit most folks. They have a small band on the weekends and it can be crowded. They also have a... More

This place was recommended to us and what a treat! It's a little off the beaten path but definetly work finding. I had the chicken salad on lettuce and my husband had the Cuban Sandwich and potato salad. He said you have to try this "little bite of heaven" and it was really good! We will be back to this... I was in town this week visiting, was told I had to try this place. Stopped in, first appearance thought it might be a mistake. But I looked at the menu, needed a quick lunch. I ended up with the chicken salad sandwich, it was spectacular. Only complaint is that I was craving french fries, so I odered those as... More

We love this place. During the day it is a restaurant for the most part, then has more of a bar atmosphere at night, but always has friendly staff, great food, and the drink prices are awesome! They generally have live music or karaoke starting around 8pm each night. We definitely recommend giving Hub's a try.

We were staying at the Lee House just down the street and found this place just out for a stroll. Wanting the try some more local cuisine (versus big boxes like Chilis and Olive Garden) we decided to give it a shot. All I can say is you MUST try The Cuban. I didnt even try anything else on the...
