Our family of 7 celebrated a birthday over the Thanksgiving holiday. We returned for a second year in a row and we were not disappointed. The staff is attentive, aims to please and reservations run on time. The Blues Band is always great as background dinner music or an occasional "get on your feet" and dance set. The menu is... More

We all enjoyed our lunch. The fried chicken was everyone's favorite. We also had the fried green tomatoes, cornbread, the side of red beans, the fried okra, mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything we ate was delicious. We all wished we'd had time to go back and try other things on the menu. If I'm ever in the area again... More

The food here was OK--nothing special--and a little too salty. But the service is weak. They seem to get busy with other things and forget their customers are waiting.

I just went today with my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter. We sat outside (72 degrees) and enjoyed the most delicious fried chicken! Our waiter was so friendly and helpful too. Love this place!

Having lunch here was the highlight of my business trip to Pensacola. The food is out of this world. It's worth a trip to Pensacola just to eat here! I had fried chicken with fried sweet potatoes, and some of the best cornbread I've ever eaten.

Everyone from the 2 year old to the 64 old ate their while dinner and that says a lot with this crew. Fried chicken, roast beef, shrimp, and other favorites from childhood are served better than Mom ever thought about at the gem in Pensacola.

Ordered the fried chicken dinner to take back to our hotel room to eat later. The chicken was not greasy at all and was moist and tender. Next time we are in Pensacola we plan on eating here!

Found myself in Pensacola Friday evening, pulled up Trip Advisor on my iphone and reviewed the posssibilities. Decided to give Five Sisters Blues Cafe a try. I am sooo glad I did. Since I was the Lone Ranger, dining alone, I opted to sit at the bar, another good choice. Curt, behind the bar,( I would not limit him by... More

Cool bluesy joint serving some of the best Southern style fare around. My family, 1 yr - 48 yrs all loved it. Moderately priced, great atmosphere & generous proportions. Stop here!

Up in the air between this and restaraunt next door and this one won because of reviews. I had fried chicken, not to bad, wife had piled pork, the sauce for that was very good. Service was ok, food was good.
