This spot ties together great southern charm, food and blues in a very nice restaurant. If you are visiting Pensacola beach, this is well worth venturing out of the burger, fries and pizza zone for a touch of southern hospitality and great food. The fried green tomato appetizer is a must and pretty much order anything else after that and... More

This is a must go in Pensacola. Delicious and authentic southern food and hospitality.Great atmosphere with live music most nights of the week. I had the blackened redfish with collard greens and black eye peas. Their sides are awesome and they have a wonderful variety to choose from. My dish was nicely done and as expected. There is a full... More

We have eaten at five sister's the last two years that we have visited Pensacola. It's a really nice atmosphere and can imagine it being a great spot to listen to some blues, although we have not been able to stay to listen. The food is fresh and hot and I love the fried chicken and consider myself a bit... More

The fried chicken is AMAZING! Their sides are also delicious. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. There is always a wait for a table, but it is well worth the wait! It does get loud inside when they have bands, but the porch area is nice, especially during warm weather.

I've eaten at most of the spots in Pensacola, but this was different. Southern food, gumbo, andouille shrimp, fried chicken.......and best of all, live blues! The music starts on Wed and runs through Sunday. Most definitely worth a stop by while in Pensacola.

If you go to Pensacola this is the restaurant you must go to. It's not on any main strip in town. You really need to GPS to find it. But its worth the effort. Great food and service. The atmosphere is very comfortable. They had a band playing on Sunday when we were there. The food was very original and... More

Sorry folks, but do not agree with the opinions. We just got back from Pensacola and there. I had the fried pork chops and they had a funny taste. My spouse said the catfish was good. Agree, the place was interesting, but felt uneasy as this place in not in the best of neighborhoods, especially at night. The sides were... More

This place was renewed by locals so we gave it a try. I thought the GPS was wrong because we were in a neighborhood but there it was. The atmosphere is nice the place is clean and the food was great. The portions are large. I will definitely eat thee every time I'm in Penaacola.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place! The fried chicken is excellent and the black eyed peas were just so fantastic! They also have local bands some nights! We will be definitely going back!
