Had looked forward to visiting this very popular restaurant but was very disappointed in the shrimp and grits dish. Small shrimps in a thin gravy with a deep fried ball of grits. Other food looked pretty good and friends loved their choices.

Fisherman's Corner does have an interesting version of Shrimp n' Grits on the menu that is described as "Panko Breaded, Deep Fried Gouda Cheese Grits served under a sauce of Fresh Gulf Shrimp and Creole Sausage" it is a very popular specialty. The owners, chefs, and I apologize if it was not to your liking and we do hope that... More

This was my second visit. First dinner last year, now lunch. The restaurant is always crowded. They do take reservations for dinner. My wife said her shrimp rollup was out of this world good. I have a confession, I don't like seafood. That's a cunumdrun on the coast. I had a very good Mushroom Hamburger cooked perfectly. The side of... More

One of our most favorite places besides the beach!!! I get the special every time, because it's different each time but it's always the best. I've had nearly everything on the menu and it's all worthy of any 4-5 star restaurant in New Orleans!!!

Don't let the modest appearance fool you. This is seriously good food in a very casual environment. You can't go wrong with the fish specials. Do NOT miss Jim's spicy oysters with their creamy, spicy, sauce that will have you begging for more bread and wiping up the excess with your fingers. And if love wine, you won't believe the... More

I should have listened to my first review and GOT A RESERVATION. Anyway, we show up at 5pm on a Monday and the place is only 2/3 full, but guess what? There's not enough servers (yet) for all the tables so we must wait... outside. And there's biting flies (no-see-ums). 30 mins later and we're in. Right away I notice... More

I have been hearing about this place here on TripAdvisor now for a while, and finally had to opportunity to eat here Saturday. Some of the other reviewers stated that they had experiencee long waits, but we went in the off hours and were seated immediately. That was probably the highlight, I just did not realize it. Both my wife... More

The owners and I are sorry to hear that our version of Fried Green Tomatoes did not meet with your satisfaction. Our chef's use the highest quality ingredients to create memorable culinary delights. Some restaurants simply offer crispy fried green tomato slices ;however, the menu at Fisherman's Corner explains that our version stacks them with slices of fresh mozarella and... More

We first went to Fisherman's Corner 2 years ago and liked it so much we ate there twice in one week. We returned about a month ago and were disappointed. The shrimp and grits was as good as we remembered. But we had calamari as an appetizer and were very disappointed. They were perfectly round and tasteless - like cheap,... More

Thank you for being a returning customer to Fisherman's Corner Restaurant. We appreciate your business and your opinion. Fisherman's Corner serves only the highest quality seafood, including our fresh calamari rings, which do have a very mild flavor. Because of our high standards, we are often in short supply of this and other delicacies but we can assure you we... More

This local's favorite was recommended by the Visitor's Center at Perdido Key. It's our new favorite! Ate here twice and between all of us, we had 8 different entrees and all the food was excellent. You can view the menu on their website. We ordered the catch of the day both grilled and blackened, and the filet was excellent too.... More
