My husband and I just returned from our vacation from PCB July 15th. We stayed at the Palmetto which we enjoyed. If you like good food, with good service, and in a quiet setting this is the place. My wife and I like good food at resonable prices and not in tourist traps that are super loud. Our most enjoyable eatting experience down in PCB this year. more

My wife and I had our first visit to the Boars Head on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 and it proved to be the most wonderful experience of our vacation. This restaurant is old and dark. Heavy wood and multiple animal heads add to the dreary ugliness of its ambiance. It’s creepy. And it’s expensive. And after tasting the food and cocktails, I totally forgot about all of that! First, their margaritas are truly well mixed. Great food, no more expensive for our family of five than any place else on the beach. Salad served with meal was a good size portion. We all had steak and they were all very good. The waitress we had was very attentive and friendly. Would eat there again. more
