A "drive by" decision turned Awesome!

We had spent the day at our condo chilling, and decided we wanted supper. Not sure where to try, but just started driving. A couple days before the Ironman Triathalon, so we were snooping Thomas Rd where part of it would be. Came across the Hognose Snapper restaurant, curiousity got us, so we... read more

Visiting PCB with friends who had eaten here 2 times in another week in PCB. they had really loved the place and food, had looked forward to returning. Our meals were okay; nothing great. My husband had the blackened prime rib which actually was not good; it had a lot of fat. Grouper sandwiches had a small piece of grouper... More

We were in St Andrews State Park for the week of 7/2/2015. My wife and I decided to check out the food at Hognose Snapper. We were more than pleasantly surprised, we were blown away. The food was fantastic and our server was awesome. It was the off season and we were almost alone in the restaurant. So we were... More

A small restaurant with great food. Fried green tomatoes and sweet potato fries compliment the crab cakes and blackened grouper. Also a good prime rib. Have been going for years and never disappointed.

Food was very good. Smoked tuna app was great. Blackened tuna special was very good. Wife's Grouper Imperial was perfect. Amazing little restaurant. Decor very unique.

Stopped in for dinner with the Family. Greeted warmly, waited on by a gifted server, had a great meal. The food was fresh, big portions, and priced right. My wife and I split a meal, and the kitchen was good enough to split the plate in the kitchen. No leftovers tonight. Deserts were a hit too. Great place to go....

Started with a green salad. Very good. Best ranch dressing I have had. Our sandwiches were delicious. Chicken tenders were homemade, as were fries. Homemade bread. Everything was good, and large portions at a fair price. Definitely will go back.

We are locals in Panama City Beach and thought we would try this place. I got Grouper that tasted like mush, which was the furthest thing from grouper! This came with "fresh vegetable medley" that consisted of broccoli stems and no florets, and nothing else but one piece of onion and a tiny sliver of squash that came form a... More

My family stopped in and was quickly seated in a small, cute little restaurant with mismatched, hodge podge tables that I loved. The service was quick and friendly. We had several dishes and all of them were good but the highlight of the meal was the smoked tuna appetizer. Nice little find.

Not sure what happened but this place is crashing quickly... Service was poor, food was worse... Not rude or unfriendly but super slow, forgetful, almost uncaring... Not what we experienced in the past with them...
