Very nice place. Family friendly. Great food. Casual dinning. Fresh seafood and the Cheese Grits were incredible. I felt like I was at home as soon as I walked in the door.

Ate here on the advice of friends back home. They were correct. The who dat shrimp was amazing. I had the red beans and rice were okay but nothing close to that of J. Michael's. The wife had the steak and to my suprise it was really good. It would melt in you mouth and you could cut it with... More

The family and I visited this place awhile back on our vacation, the boyfriend and I had the po-boy meal and it was wonderful! I chose shrimp while he got the crawfish tails. Everything from the fries to the bread to the seafood was amazing! Can't wait to come back here again! It's a hole in the wall, but we'll... More

We got grilled chicken to go along with the Cajun fries and it was great. I cannot attest to service since we did not eat there but our to go order was ready in 15 min!

Our first time at the Bayou on the Beach to eat oysters was a nice experience. Great value -$6.99 for a baker's dozen of raw oysters. The atmosphere was laid back with relaxing music. Our friend had deep fried whitefish and she was very pleased. The alligator basket was tasty as well.

Came to this place with a bunch of friends and not only was the waitress the biggest unprofessional smart a## I have ever met but when we confronted who we thought was the manager about how long it took us to get food waited almost 2 hours from the time we ordered. The manager informed us that he was the... More

Had been going to Panama City Beach for years but this was the first time that I had eaten at Bayou On The Beach. Don't leave without trying their famous "Who Dat Shrimp". I will definitely be going back.

We had a great time at the Bayou on Beach Cafe! SERVICE The servers were EXCELLENT - we were greeted warmly and seated right away. Our servers were also very friendly and knowledgeable. ATMOSPHERE The atmosphere and seating was just OK. We were glad to have a booth as the rest of the set up is a little bingo hall-esque.... More
