There's nothing "fancy" about Schooners cuisine; it is simple, fresh and perfect. No sauces cover the unbeatable flavor of truly fresh Grouper sizzled to perfection on the Schooners grill. A platter of fresh Fried Oysters, Hushpuppies and icy cold beer blend perfectly with the salty breeze blowing in off the Gulf.

Very rustic beach bar

schooners is billed as "the last local beach club" it was before Hurricane Opal. Now they cater more to the tourist cloud than locals. It's still a great place to have a few drinks and eat with a full menu. The bands that roll thru are really good as well.

Stopped in on our first night of vacation. The beach view and atmosphere is great but the HIGH prices and subpar food is where they get you. My husband ordered fried oysters and when they came out they were the smallest oysters we've ever saw, literally about the size of a quarter with half of that being breading! I ordered... More

Go at sunset to see the 'cannon' get shot off. - We love the local feel here. Have never had a bad dish, bad drink, or had any negative experience here. It's worth the extra drive down the 'strip' ....

Schooners is our new go-to place in PCB! If you want super food and drinks that you can even take (on their property) down to the beach, this is your place, too. We went back twice this past week to enjoy the water/beach and their awesome fare. Very friendly staff and a great environment to add to a great day... More

We go to PCB annually, and to be honest, I don't recall ever having great food at any restaurant that is located right on the beach. Schooners however proved to be the exception. Food was delicious and fresh, service was great, and the live music was just an added bonus. This will be a regular stop for me while visiting... More

We are something of a fixture here. Love the bartenders and ALWAYS have a positive experience with the kitchen. Excellent crab cakes...I recommend ordering extra fruit relish because it's insane!

This is bar that has been around since the 60's. Great hang out with open air (covered) seating. Great views of the beach. Fare is burgers, fries, gumbo, shrimp/fish baskets, fish tacos, and salads. Everything was good. Don't miss the Key Lime Pie! Prices are reasonable, good selection of craft beers. Full bar. Open late.
