This local cafe provides good southern food with large portions and never-empty coffee cups. A carryover from old Florida, it provides consistently good food. Specializing in breakfast and lunch, this eatery has experienced waitresses who really listen to their customers. Home cooking is the order of the day with entrees ranging from the Zapata omelette to real southern fried chicken.... More

Great local Restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. No meal is complete with out a cobbler at the end of the meal. Lots of specials and choices.

We started by going to breakfast and oh, was it good. If you get there before 9:00, they have a breakfast special of 2eggs anyway you like them, meat, grits or hash browns, toast or biscuit, tea or coffee for only $4.95. You can get breakfast anytime...frittatas, eggs Benedict, etc. At lunch they have all kinds of specials, meat, two... More

The food was not good at all. And the service was not any better. Seen roaches in the windows. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Was told by a local that this was a great little place to stop and have a breakfast like one you would cook at home. When we walked in the place we knew that the majority of the people there were locals. We ordered the sweet pancakes, scramble eggs home potatoes, and sausage patties. Everything was great, and the service... More

We stopped here for lunch on a whim. I like local meat and threes for the most part. It was pretty typical, an older facility with low rent adapted to the concept. We ordered vegetable plates. I had green beans that were too salty to eat, cabbage that had been in a pot for at least a day if not... More

Food is very tasty and the service was incredible. I travel to Panama City on business and eat here frequently. You can't go wrong with the daily lunch specials.

Our server was very friendly and helpful. Food was definitely not great. Roll was hard and cold. Mashed potatoes were instant. I had roast beef and it was tough and cold. The peach cobbler was delicious, which is why I gave a 2 and not 1. The restaurant was old, seemed somewhat dirty and things needed to be fixed throughout.
