I did not expect to find a British tea room in downtown Panama City, Florida - but how delighted am I that I did! My husband is not one for tea, so he came with me out of love not out of passion for china teapots. He loved it! I had the tea and little bites, he had a sausage... More

I stopped in on the recommendation of a local. It was the perfect spot for a light afternoon snack and cool break while browsing the local shops. I ordered a Devon cream tea which consists of two scones and a pot of your choice of teas. (The shop offers full meals as well.) I had plain scones with Devon cream... More

I love to go to Willows just to have a pot of tea and a good think in a charming environment. I will often go just for a pot of tea as they have a huge selection and I can't find an atmosphere quite like it anywhere else. It makes me want to pull out my handwritten letters and write... More

We love visiting tea rooms when we travel, but this was one we could have happily skipped. Surroundings are very good, interesting tidbits on locations in Britain on every table. Service is so-so. Prices were quite high compared to most. Scones were very tiny, and overpriced, as were other selections. Don't bother.

We had a very enjoyable time as we enjoyed tea, sandwiches and pastries. We would definitely recommend it and will return!

First of all they didn't have the first two entree items I ordered. When I finally settled for a third choice, it arrived as such a small portion that it should have been considered an appetizer. My dining partner ordered a sandwich that look OK, but not spectacular. I'm of the opinion this might be a lovely English Tea Room,... More

I love this place! We've visited twice and have had a great experience each time! Awesome tea selection. We only ordered from the small place menu and a dessert (strawberry trifle). Everything has been delicious. My favorite place in downtown.

Terrible; if I could give a rating of zero then I would. While Willow's looks authentic on the interior the food leaves a lot to be desired and is in no way, shape or taste homemade or authentic. I had Shepherd's pie which was clearly from the freezer and microwaved with no seasoning and overall extremely bland. Even the boat... More

This is a great place for friends to go for an afternoon tea, small meal and/or just a pastry. Great service, great food, great atmosphere, and very clean!

My granddaughter was visiting from NE and we were going to PC beach and I found this tearoom online. It was great. They did have some good dishes from home (England). Employees were from England and very friendly, especially Tiffany and helpful. Food was good and the selection. Service was good and they even had english food to buy. Having... More
