Great out of the way little resturant

Very good food with a fantastic view of the Massalina Bayou. I had the fried oyster basket and my wife had the grouper basket.

Great little place away from the tourists. Locals eat here. Not fancy but food fried foods. We had the grouper basket and there was plenty. Nice breeze and right over the water.

My girlfriend knows this place from her frequent trips to PC. The crowd was light at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon, so there was no wait. The food was good (we both had the shrimp basket) but it was the ambience that draws crowds. The view of the drawbridge and the seagulls, the boats and the sounds of life near... More

Prices are a bit high and portions a bit small, but the food is good. Service has always been pretty good. It's main claim to fame is it's over the water. Your pretty much sitting on a dock over the water in the dining area. You can pull up to it in a boat if you want to. Sit by... More

Ate at Bayou Joe's last Saturday. There was only one server who was also running the register and bussing tables. She was swamped. When our breakfast finally came, it was great. She brought all the jelly, butter, and all the condiments in her first trip. Food was great and a nice atmosphere. Great family place.

Bayou Joe's is a great little hideaway on the water, downtown. The chairs aren't comfortable, but everything else is wonderful. Great view of the bridge and bay, fun to watch the fishes, take a picture of the boats, and of course, eat good food!

The food is simple but excellent and the prices more than reasonable. I had the grouper basket and the fish was excellent. The place can become very busy at lunch time, so come early if you want to have a table with a good view of the marina. Even at the peak of occupancy, the service remains fast and courteous.... Drove 25 miles to this hole in the wall. Sooo glad we did! Food was really good, Bloody Marys were awesome. Food is authentic, really good and the atmosphere is worth the drive.

Had the pickles, coconut shrimp and the fish tacos with potato salad. Fish tacos needed more flavor (Co worker got a bone) and less tortilla for a better more traditional fish taco! Good but not $ 15 great
