My family and I eat here every time we visit Panama city and never fail to enjoy ourselves (or the phenominal brownies) yum!
Neat, funky place for breakfast/brunch. Great bloody Mary! Good food - great views! Hard to find, you have to want to find it. Get away from PCB and see OLD Panama city and St. Andrews for a change of pace. Especially during Spring break in PC! The crowds have certainly changed in many respects.
Typical seafood joint on the water, cute and fun. The home made potato chips with peppers and cheese were wonderful.
Bayou Joe's is my favorite place to eat whenever I vacation in Panama City! A local told me about it and I am so happy he did! It's small but very charming. It is a covered pier and the view is awesome! I recommend getting there before the sunset and then while eating you can watch the sun go down... More

While most people choose the more indulgent menu items like Garbage Potatoes or French Toast, I like the oatmeal with raisins... More
We asked around for a new place to eat around Panama City, and we're brought here. It not your usual tourist location, but well worth the drive. The Sloppy Sloppy Joe is delicious-and the name fits. I eat it with my fork. We'll be back-and pretend we're locals.
My wife and I were going to a show at the Marina Civic Center in Panama City and we wanted to go to dinner somewhere close before the show. She searched online and found Bayou Joe's for us and am I ever glad she did! Our dinner was simple, but truly great. I had a grilled Mahi filet sandwich and... More
Eat yummy food on Massalina Bayou. Watch sailboats and cabin cruisers pass under the Tarpon Dock bridge as they head out to the Bay and Gulf. Top spot for locals. A can't miss experience.
We got there on a Mon. night before closing, you have to walk out on a dock to the dining room which is also a dock, but covered. The menu is unique and a tad pricey considering the surrounding. But the food is very fresh and very well prepared. Seafood Is the specialty, however one of us had the steak... More
