The food was excellent. The clams and grilled octopus reminds you of a meal servered in Greese. Check it out when you get a chance. Ask for angellica she was a wonderful server.

Angelo's sits near the mouth of the Ochlokonee River near Panacea, FL. We've eaten here at various times over the years with mixed results. The location is especially nice because the restaurant sits on the banks of the river, elevated on stilts. This is because a few years ago when Hurricane Dennis (I believe it was Dennis) came through the... More

My sister and I dined there while visiting the Alligator Point area and had a relaxing time of cocktails and a very enjoyable meal. The 12 oz rib eye was huge and cooked/seasoned to perfection. The fried shrimp were equally good. Yes, it is a bit pricy, but so are most quality restaurants. Go and enjoy dining on the deck... More

My family and I went there last week for dinner while on vacation. We went on a Thursday night around 6:30 or so....we had no wait and excellent service. Good drink list. I had the char-broiled snapper and it was WONDERFUL! No one had any complaints about food or service. I recommend it. I have read complaints about long waits....maybe... More

Fathers Day, 2014 wanted to get Dad to the coast to see the water and enjoy nice food. We were surprised at the light crowd, considering it was Fathers Day. The hostess staff was very helpful assiting my Dad with his walker; however, things quickly went down hill from there. Our server Crissy, who had worked there for some time,... More

We went haere again recently and ordered Scamp, Tuna as well as a locals favorite not on the menu, shrimp scampi & Greek salad with homemeade dressing. Our server was courtesous & prompt & the view was awesome. They also have a good wine selection and drinks.

Angelo's is a short drive from Tallahassee. The wrap around porch is covered and generally has a breeze. The grouper throats - grilled - were delicious with lots of meat on them, I ordered the small and had plenty. The Scamp fish is wonderful also.

was very excited to come to this restaurant, I drove 45mins to get there and when i got there the service was horrible. Waited 45mins for a waiter, then that waiter never came back to the table, received a new waiter, after that waiter placed the order we waited an additional 45mins until we ate, food was cold, found hair...
