Wonderful Steaks

Very good food in a more formal setting (one can dress up or down after all this is a golf resort!). Steaks were done to perfection as were the veggies and priced right. We paid for truffle butter ($4) and if there was truffle in that little klat of butter then I'll be a monkey's uncle and coffee... read more

We ate here the first night as a couple and then returned with a party of 15. They took good care of us on both occasions. No one complained about their food or service. Portions are large enough to share plus you can order lamb chops by the chop.

Dropped in for a late lunch. Ate outside even though it was cool. The server, while friendly, messed up 2 things on my order...forgot my soup and served my sandwich with bread even though I requested no bread. My husband's steak sandwich was underwhelming. Meat was tough and under seasoned. Pricing is not commensurate with quality. We decided not to... More

We want to Packard's with a few co workers on a Sunday Night. We arrived a little bit later in the evening. We were seated immediately. Our waitress Theresa was excellent and helpful with her recommendations and was very personable. The food was excellent. The steak was cooked to perfection. If in the area we will definitely stop again.

We dined in a Sunday evening. The restaurant was not busy and service was fast. Kids menu available with typical offerings for kids. Food was average. The menu itself had a wide variety of offerings ranging from seafood and shellfish to lamb to chicken to steak. While the descriptions sounded appetizing, the taste did not live up to the description.... More

The service was excellent. The food was OK. It is not a top tier steakhouse, and the prices are expensive for what you get. But there are not a lot of dining options near the resort, so this is a decent place to get a good meal.

Started with delicious bread accompanied by escargot stuffed mushroom caps...SUPERB!! A filet with bernais on the side with asparagus was the best of our trip. Waiter, Glen, and hostess, Marina were a great compliment to the our dinner experience..

Loved it. The atmosphere was great as usual and Michael greeted us as we went to the bar beforehand. Dave was behind the bar and offered some great wines. Mike, a waiter here for 40 years , and Juanita , a long time server too, were our servers and gave us excellent choices for the dinner tonight. Ralph and Sharon... More

Packard's never fails to provide a great meal with exceptional service. Our last dinner entrees ran the gambit from Bison Rib-eye ,Grouper, Lamb Chops, and a, top shelf New York Strip. The preparation on all entrees was outstanding with the Bison a melt in your mouth dish. The simple cook of the grouper resulted in a flaky fillet full of... More

We enjoyed our visit. Nice choice of wine. We all had different entree's and no one was disappointed. Beautiful views of the golf course, ask for a booth by the Windows. The staff is lovely and has been on site for years. They are knowledgable about the menu.
