Good Breakfast..Worth The Wait

The food here is amazing(breakfast). We've only been here for breakfast so I'm not sure how they are for lunch or dinner. If you like cheesecake then you have to try the NY cheesecake pancakes. They are amazing! My advice is to go early(especially on Sunday) because it can fill up quick. Also... read more

The most amazing menu around. Everywhere else you go has all the same kind of food but the bistro is different. Last week my friends and i, there were 9 of us, came in at 20 min before they closed to celebrate our friends closing on our house. I used to serve in college so I know how annoying it... More

We went here looking forward to eating "Brevard County's Best Chicken and Waffles" (what this page was created for). We waited a good long 30 min to be served a cold waffle (like the ones you make at a hotel's free continental breakfast), with three thin long strips of breaded chicken, most likely cooked the night before. Chicken did NOT... More

Specifically went to the Palm Shores Bistro for their Prime Rib Thursday special. Service was very slow due to Chef being off for his child's graduation according to the waiter. Not sure how the Chef is responsible for drinks, order and salads before dinner. My prime rib was ordered medium. The prime rib apparently was cut and then cooked on... More

Best food in Brevard. Lived in Melbourne for almost 2 years and went there weekly. Never had a bad meal - breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Very fresh, local produce when possible from Rockledge Farms. Jeff the owner is very personable. Best ice cream made in Vero beach! We moved from California and this restaurant is right up our alley! They... More

The place was jammed like everyplace on Mothers Day but they did a great job serving everyone. The food was plentiful and all was very good. They were very efficient. We were a party of 7 and every order was correct and served quickly despite all the people. I would recommend this place and plan to return when it is... More

I can see why there are so many positive mentions of breakfast in reviews of this restaurant. I had breakfast there this morning with 3 friends. Our choices included a cinnamon roll (large and made in-house), French toast, the nova platter, and one of the many specials (it included a large muffin, yogurt, and fruit). I had the nova, and... We had a great experience here at Palm Shores Bistro (PSB) on a recent Sunday morning. The restaurant is neat, small, and nicely landscaped on the outside, and larger than you might think on the inside. The interior features nice wooden floors, and is very clean and neat. We were greeted and seated immediately, and our drink order was taken.... More

This was my second visit. The first time was for apps and wine. I'd heard from friends that their breakfast here is really good so I gave it a try. Delicious!

Often, it isn't easy to find something other than a "run of the mill" breakfast restaurant, but PSB's breakfast choices are wide ranging, and very appealing. Do you like Eggs Benedict? If so, you'll have more choices of types of Eggs Benedict than you'll know what to do with. The "Breakfast specials" are varied, and all very attractive. My choice... More
