We went to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had read the review about the commotion at the hostess stand on check in--it is TRUE! Wear your helmets--people are very rude and pushy--one man went around us, expecting to be seated first because he had a reservation. (So did we!). All was well once we were seated, but it is not... A fun place with a lively bar, especially on Monday nights during snowbird season. Food is so good, a combination of Italian and fresh fish and quality meats. You should make reservations. They have tables inside and outside overlooking the marina. There are always interesting people here. Not inexpensive but worth the splurge!

After reading some of the other reviews, I wondered if we made the right decision to visit Carmine’s. I was wrong! We were seated immediately at a table facing the marina, our server, Catalin, was attentive and efficient, the atmosphere was lively but not overly loud, and the food was delicious. Although we ate at Carmine’s on a Friday night,... More

Had dinner at Carmine's last Saturday. Made reservations and checked in with the other 20 people checking in at the host/hostess desk. Four people working the desk all in each other's way - other patrons jumping ahead of each other announcing that they had reservations and shouldn't be waiting. We were told we would need to wait for a table... More

This used to be a great italian restaurant, where we celebrated our corp reunions, because of the travel time of the invitees and the location, we met at 2:30 for late lunch, early dinner. The food for the most part was pretty good ! That's where it ended the service was non existent, don't blame the waitress(I think she was... More

We were excited to eat at Carmine's, one of our favorite Italian restaurants. Since we were going with our two young grandsons, we booked an early sitting. No children's menu and very slow service for an empty restaurant with many servers standing around chatting. It was a cool evening, but we chose to sit outside so as not to disturb... More

For 28 straight years i have been going to Carmine's for between 2 and 3 meals a year Then on a wet night in December this year having just flown in from London where i live myself and my family went to dinner at Carmine's as usual and we order exactly the same every year as this is the strength... If you know anything about this area, Carmine's deli next door is one of the absolute highlights of the Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens area. So, of course, you just assume that that quality and service would carry over to their Italian restaurant. NOT SO! To be fair, we were a party of nine on a busy week end. The wait time... More

The food was not great and the price was nuts for just a lunch portion of pasta. Service was excellent and im sure that is why it is so pricey.

Quite average and given the pretension and the price it's really disappointing. The restaurant is part of a complex that takes up a city block with a market, sushi and ocean grill and catering office. I think they are stretched too thin and can't pay attention to their core business. The starters were uninspired (the carrot and artichoke salad is... More
