We've been going to this restaurant for 3 years and have never been disappointed. It is an upscale restaurant but comfortable to be in. The service is helpful and not snooty. Some of the best dishes are the shrimp cocktail, deviled eggs, seared ahi tuna, pork ribs and prime rib. Save room for their hot fudge sundae or order the... More

If you're visiting Palm Beach fro the first time or you're a regular snowbird, this is the place to dine. The restaurant prides itself on its attentive service and excellent preparation of its myriad signature dishes. Don't miss the Cesar salad, French dip or pork chops, cooked to perfection. The porterhouse is another standout. Leave room for dessert, especially their... More

Palm Beach wouldn't allow a franchise so Houston's calls their restaurant the PB Grill here. The bar and restaurant are upscale casual and the food is good quality. Great for people watching but the service is a bit pretentious for no legitimate reason. Good for lunch or an good casual dinner.

Great service, food is delicious but expensive. Great place to see the local celebs. Great bar. Never disappointed in the filets or the desserts.

If you don't mind dining at 5:30 you can get to dine within a week. Don't ask for 7 pm. It feels like its never available. My friend and I shared a tuna burger and crab cakes with several tasty sides. Crab cakes were $38 and came with 2 sides. No fancy presentation or lemon wedges to enhance flavor. We... More

Cant have real Champagne by the glass.Only available in bottle. The food was mediocre. The au jus sandwich was blend and the crab cakes not fresh. The only good thing were the jumbo shrimps. It is Palm Beach, it is ok to pay more but we felt like we were at the Outback on Pga.

We live in Palm Beach and we know all the restaurants. I have been to Palm Beach Grill numerous times. Here's the deal - THE GOOD: food is generally good, service tends to be efficient if not overly polite. THE BAD: 1) The wait: On three different occasions, we waited 40 minutes past our reservation time, and just left. On... More

Food was tremendous. Service to match. I recommend the slow roasted short ribs. Fall off the bone and meaty as well

We went to the Palm Beach Grill. The place is always busy and the food is consistently delicious. The service was also excellent. I love the ahi tuna. The shrimp cocktail is enormous. Great burgers. The local fish is always well prepared. I am a fan of Hillstones. You really need to make a reservation.

This is the local staple for upscale All-American cuisine. The basics: seafood and steaks in a cozy NY style atmosphere. A place to see and a scene to be seen at. Thriving bar business where you will run into many Palm Beachers and on any given night. Excellent food, decent service, lovely decor.
