excellent casual dining

Enjoyed evening dining at restaurant. Service was very good and the food delicious. There was no push to eat and leave so conversation with friends was pleasant. After, a stroll along ocean front issuggested to complete your evening.

I love Charleys, across the street from the ocean, great food. It was our Anniversary and i told them that when making reservations. We became VIP's and rec'd coffee and a creme bulee on the house with a candle!! The fish is fresh, the wine is a little stingy and the prices are high

My husband and I ate here. I had parm crusted snapper which was very good. The bread was also very good with options for jalapeño biscuit or other bread along with flat bread crackers. I thought the wine selection by the glass was a bit light and the pour was stingy.

Happy hour is only served at the bar. Very friendly bar staff. Happy hour drinks as well as food options. Great mussels. Walking distance from Worth Avenue.

The food was ok, but it was nothing great. The wait staff made a good effort, but the cooking itself was not equivalent to the prices. The soufflé was sub-par, more like angel food cake, and the topping was not good.

This is my second review on Charleys' Crab and although the food was excellent and the service was great. Our experience upon arriving was not all that great! I had made a reservation for 5 about a week before, they tried to cram us in this corner table where you could not even move. We asked why we could not... More

I was very disappointed last night . The food was awful and the service was mediocre. The oysters rockefeller was spinach soup, the waiter never brought my stone crab appetizer...my seared tuna was tough. There is absolutely no ambiance here. The bread, butter and clam dip were very good.

Some of our choices were outstanding. The Oysters Rockefeller were quite good as was the lobster bisque and clam chowder. For entrees, the seared yellowfin was excellent and my wife really liked her Snapper Hemingway. One diner thought the sole was a bit bland and the Salmon Rockefeller was just alright. The restaurant itself is quite large. While the decor... More

Ate at this restaurant regularly in the 90's while visiting my parents in Palm Beach. It was dependably great. On a trip down memory lane last night we found it has been vacuumed up by the Landry's Restaurant chain. Amen! Our food was delivered Luke warm. In short there are better chain restaurants.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean just a block over from Worth Avenue, this charming Restaurant serves the freshest fish in town. The spoon will stand by itself in their thick and delicious New England clam chowder. You can order any fish with a topping of crab meat. Their Key Lime pie was extraordinary as a finisher to a great meal. If... More
