Our friends who own a house on Palm Beach took us here for our first dinner out and what an excellent choice. We arrived at 8:30pm and there was already a queue of people waiting to leave. This is not a late night town and if you are offered a table at 7pm it might not be a bad thing.... More

It had been many years since I had been to Cafe L'Europe, so when my mother-in-law wanted to go there for her birthday, I checked the reviews here on TripAdvisor. That made me think we were in for an expensive night of mediocre food. I'm happy to report, everything was wonderful! We were a party of five, the service was... More

What a beautiful restaurant and with wonderful service. We had a party of 8 that were experiencing this place for the first time. I liked the ambience, with the lovely roses on the table and the tall taper lit just for us. (Loud, mind you, until the crowd thinned out.) I was pleased with the service as well. Our wines... More

I have been to Cafe L'Europe many times over the last 10 years. It is a beautiful restaurant, with an excellent reputation, in one of the most upscale communities in the world. My husband and I had dinner there tonight for our anniversary, anticipating a wonderfully served and deliciously prepared, meal. We were very disappointed in many things. When I... More

A beautiful setting adds to your enjoyment of some well prepared Continental cuisine. At times the place can can feel a bit stodgy. The service is flawless.

I'm unsure if it's me or the an overpriced (ok to good) meal. Seems like a restaurant that can only thrive in Palm Beach. Service was excellent as well as a beautiful Bistro dining room.

Had a party of 6 reservation for New Years Eve. Asked the reservationist what the "corkage" fee is for bringing our own wine. She quoted $50.00 per bottle and explained that was to discourage people from bringing their own. We decided to bite the bullet and bring our own wine (4 bottles). When we arrived, the waiter informed us the... More

From service to ambiance to food that is perfectly prepared, cafe l'europe is an unforgettable experience. Christmas time decor adds to the the beautiful atmosphere as does the very talented pianist. I truly felt like I was in Europe.

I have eaten here several times, and each time I have been disappointed. While it is a fantastic place for people-watching in Palm Beach, the food is never great, and just barely cuts it. For the money, I think it is over-rated and over-priced. Go to Chez Jean-Pierre instead.
