This restaurant never disappoints!!!! Food is delicious especially my favorite Dover sole. My husband had the summer price fixe which was a great deal. Service was divine!! We ordered two desserts which were excellent. One was taking a few extra minutes so our waiter brought us an extra dessert with a candle for our anniversary!!!! Excellent!!!

We were looking forward to celebrate our anniversary. The second I was in the door I knew this was not going happen. We were offered terrible choices for our table (we did say we wanted a special romantic table) but were told since we did not request a specific table the good ones were already taken, How were we suppose... We were a little anxious, as we had overheard a discussion while enjoying a drink at the Breakers that this place was "past it's prime". We couldn't disagree more! This was great French food, and at a price that was a pleasant surprise. The service was professional and attentive, all three courses were special in their own way - and... More

PALM BEACH for $45. prix fixe? Yes, unbelievable! We had lobster risotto & snapper with tomatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes & chef's special sauce-MAGNIFIQUE! Cold hazelnut soufflé was excellent but the profiterole shells were soggy. Terrific service & interesting decor. Absolutely GO!

We received raved reviews to go try this truly French restaurant. I must say, my expectations were sky high. The wine list does not disappoint. We ordered a couple of appetizers to start, and they were fine, nothing over the top. One of the entrees was quite average, the other one was insipid. Hence my overall rating. We did receive... More

Classical french cuisine presented with excellent technique. The flavors and presentation are exactly as they have been for generations. Service was flawless although slightly grumpy. Prices are what you would expect for the location. The interior is interesting and inviting. The exterior could use a coat of paint. Overall a very nice evening.

The "cool guys" sit in the front bar area. We prefer the back so we can talk with our friends without being interrupted by those we know as they come and go. Went last night and found that there is a $45/person three course dinner. What a bargain. I had what I'd normally have had and nothing changed except for... More

La Chaine des rotissieurs had a special Normandy repast cooked by the wonderful Jean-Pierre. Specialties from Normandy included Stuffed guinea hen, Normand lamb, and Far Breton cake. As usual the service was excellent. Jean-Pierre always gives excellent food with a flair.

We had an outstanding dinner and my seared Foie Gras appetizer and my Veal Chop entree were the best. The rest of the dinners were also of high quality. There is no question that the food is outstanding but on the negative side, the restaurant had a real tired look compared to other high end restaurants in the area. The... More

We went with friends. Dinner for four and a good bottle of wine. This is a very decent meal. Obviously a small French restaurant in Palm Beach is going to be relatively expensive. But we definitely got what we paid for. Delicious, well served. We will be going back.
