Gotta try!!!

My wife and I go here every year we visit Florida. Because the owner catches the bulk of the fish they prepare, the quality is very good. They can make pretty much any fish they have any way you like. The fried fish and chips/fries is always my favorite. The blackened anything is always a great... read more

Wear anything, bring your wallet, and get ready to spend $25 for the freshest seafood dinner with the shortest wait you will ever have! I recommend red snapper blackened because I had it two days in a row and it was awesome both days. I love the zucchini/squash side. The hush puppies (can order a la carte) were the best... More

If you are looking for fresh seafood at a reasonable price, Hull's is the place in Ormond Beach. Not at all fancy. You stand in line and order and then take a seat or carry out. Our party of 7 was given tables on a very busy night and it was crowed but they were very accommodating. Our boiled seafood... More

We asked at our hotel for a good seafood restaurant that was not one of the typical places tourist would go. They suggested Hull's. It is not a large place and most of the seating is outside. You order inside and then take your number to your table and they bring it out when it is ready. Everything we had... More

We went to Hulls because of the good TripAdvsor reviews and because the restaurant is an off-shoot of a fresh seafood market. The blackened amberjack was one of our best ever seafood meals. The fried platter was also incredible, especially the oysters. And you can get clam chowder as a regular side! It rewards those who frequent small, local businesses.... More

Recommended by locals as "the best seafood" in the area...This can't be true! My family of 5 tried an assortment... Fish fry (Pollock) with fries, blackened swordfish with cheese grits and coleslaw, fish tacos (blackened Pollock) with rice and beans, grilled shrimp and onion rings, and clam chowder. Flavorless, greasy food that required Zantac to ease stomach pain. Never again!!

Some of the most delicious seafood and absolutely fresh. I had shrimp and the husband had swordfish. Also with a friend who had crab cakes. Everything was prepared fresh and just perfectly cooked. Will definitely be back

Conch fritters to start are great. The ahi tuna app is fresh and seared to perfection. Crab cakes are good. The fries taste ore-Ida. Salads are average. Stay with just the seafood and be very happy.

Big variety of fresh seafood and large dinner platters. We just had a sampler size of the clam chowder and wish we had ordered more (next trip). We both ordered fresh fish--amberjack and haddock. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Definitely not fancy, but an enjoyable casual atmosphere.

Was there March 2015. It is a simple basic restaurant, nothing fancy. We had shrimp and clams. They were EXCELLENT. You order at counter and then the meal is brought to you. Did not wait very long, even though there were a lot of people there. Our order arrived hot and complete. Would strongly suggest, to go there if you... More
