We live just a few blocks from Betty's and go there probably once a month. It is directly across from the ocean so the views are great and the food is very good nothing fancy, home style cooking and lots of it. If you are looking for avante garde this is not the place. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly,... More

Great homemade food! The atmosphere is homey, and the view of the ocean is gorgeous! You can easily take a walk along the shore before or after a meal to add to your experience.

We had lunch one day before school started. The food was fresh and tasty. You don't need to dress up, but please wear shoes and a shirt! Wait staff is friendly and they know the menu. This restaurant is good for families, and business lunches, too.

food is very good - service is outstanding and the price is right! very homer-like atmosphere clean place, filled with locals plus snow birds during winter - easy parking, an ocean view and nice, friendly folks seem to be always there -

Basically average food in quiet environment. Know many older folks that enjoy it. Not my taste personally. Great place to take my elderly parents to eat and visit. I feel it is over priced and not consistent.

We visit Betty's many times during the winter months and have never been disappointed. We are from New England and as we have the best seafood around I feel pretty qualified to comment on Betty's clams which are delicately fried and very fresh. The clams are shipped fresh every week..guess from where..New England! We went in one day and the... More

Betty's A1A is the restaurant of choice for locals living on the North end of the Daytona Beach area. The view is outstanding, with vista's of the Atlantic at virtually every table. The restaurant is small and cozy. Casual attire and 90% local people. Very friendly staff and prompt service. The menu is extensive and they have daily specials. Portions... More

I wish I could give a better review but, this place is no different from many, many, restaurants in our area living on past rep.

Betty who greets and seats you is from Plymouth, Mass. and prides herself on her New England roots. Her clam chowder may be the best I have EVER tasted. It is light, not overly creamy and has NO thickeners. The fried scallops and fried shrimp are lightly battered and are TO DIE FOR. The fried haddock is very good but... More

Overpriced, very poor presentation and experience and supported by a large geriatric loyalty. If you are under age 65, head to Flagler for better options, views, food and atmosphere. I've tried it 3 times and its always the same so i finally wrote a review. For specifics, the scallops, ceaser salad and clam chowder ordered are served one at a... More
