Just got back from dinner at Blau. Still earned a spot on my (very) short list for go-tos in Ormond.
Calamari again is top-notch - lightly fried, three nice dipping sauces, lots of tentacle pieces (a "plus" for me, at least, as I think they're the tastiest part). The saganaki cheese app is as good as always.
