I love this little place and used to dine here often as there is no where else, short of Sanford, to get great German food. However, the stairs to the restaurant cannot be navigated by anyone with a disability.... How they escape this regulation is beyond me? I cannot walk those horrible concrete stairs which must be ten inches or... More

Stopped by for dinner Sunday after hearing about this restaurant from one of our customers and were really impressed with the meals we had. Soups were all delicious, as were the cabbage rolls and pirogues. Our server was a family member and was very attentive and pleasant. We also had schnitzel and very good potatoe pancakes. Wonderful rich coffee finished... More

We just celebrated our 26th anniversary at the Schnitzel House tonight, and as usual they it was scrumptious . We have been coming here for 15 years and the food is always the same, delicious and the service is great Thanks again

My husband and I will go out of our way to stop by this quant German restaurant. The decor is delightful and entertaining and the food is delicious!

A Spaten double-bock and delicious schnitzel on the beach? Sign me up! Here's a small niche restaurant that does one thing, and does it really well. My wife brought me here with her family for dinner, and I can't tell you how refreshing it was to find a tiny family-owned restaurant that's been there for decades (and looks like it)... More

The restaurant is a little hole in the wall. It definitely needs to be torn down and rebuilt. However, the waiter was very welcoming. The price was good and the food was great. Sometimes, you just never know until you try it.

We have visited this restaurant now for five consecutive summer vacations, sometimes twice in one week. Food and service are still good but the final cost is getting a little pricey for this area. EE

Schnitzel were very good as were the potato pancakes. Pierogi were a disappointment to me and I am Polish. Husband loved it ... I did not.

This was great food, if you like German. Be sure to ask the waiter what he would suggest if you are not familiar with the dishes on the menu. About $15 got the main dish, which comes with spaetzals and sauerkraut, a soup, and bread/crackers with a cheese spread. So good. I would go again.

This restaurant was located across from the condo where we were staying so we decided to give it a try. The place is tiny and tables seem cramped. Reservations are probably a good idea due to the limited space but they accept walk-ins. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our meals were well prepared and delicious. The schnitzel was...
