PeurtoRican Flavors

Tasty food, classic dishes, authentic atmosphere. Always a good meal. Easy to park, outdoor seating. Friendly service and clean. I also like the artwork and knick nacks that bring back memories of the real Guavate region in Puerto Rico. Definitely coming back again!

This place is awesome, Puerto Rican food at it's best! In my opinion. The restaurant is small, very clean & ambience is nice. They play old Spanish Music which keeps it very authentic not loud, so you can speak to the person sitting with you. I had Mofongo Brujo - green plantains ripe plantains and cassava stuffed with pork My... More

This is my favorite spot in Orlando for authentic puertorican food. I moved to Orlando in 2008 and found this place by accident- it was originally located on colonial next to Home Depot. The place was modest not like the current location but the food tastes the same...really great job with keeping the flavor palette as authentic as you can.... More

I was visiting at the nearby Lockheed Martin facility on a business trip, and ate lunch here on a recommendation from a local. It was definitely a lunch highlight, with much satisfaction from all five members of my table. One minor concern is that lunch here is not fast food, and takes a little while to be served. Regardless, I... More

The atmosphere and people are great but the food is average, especially for the price. We have no problem paying the price if the food is great. I ordered the mofongo with the pollo al ajillo, and while it was ok the chicken portion was small for the price. Bananas and a half of chicken breast should not cost 20... More

First and most importantly. .this is a small place, if you don't have the patience to wait, starving or hate rubbing elbows don't bother..TRUST me. We ordered Mofongo w/churrasco (fried plantain w/ flank steak), side salad, white rice & grilled chicken & side of beans. The portion of the mofongo was decent. The hubby & I both shared a plate,... We have been to this restaurant a couple of times. Went back for our Anniversary dinner as my husband loves their Mofongo's. We arrived around 5 on a Saturday night and it was already busy. We decided to get a drink and wait outside for a table. We were finally seated and everything was great as usual. My husband is... More

We went here with a local couple who are Puerto Rican so we figured, hey, if they eat here, and we were not disappointed. Having never eaten Puerto Rican food before, it was a bit of an adventure. We started with an appetizer sampler which was quite good. Then we each ordered a moron go, having no idea what it... More
