Food was good place was nice. Very clean and good food not from a chain. Was very pleased to find a nice Italian place that was not a chain in Orlando my family and I had a great time there with good old-fashioned service and very nice Italian food

Ciao Italia came highly recommend by the staff where we were staying, so we gave it a try. I come from a Neopolitan (Naples) heritage, and was raised in the restaurant business. My grandmother and mother were the best cooks in our whole family; so I learned about spices, aroma and flavor. We always had lines out the door at... More

Purchased a gift certificate off of Yelp and no where on the certificate did it say not for take out or for dine in only. I placed a Togo order and when I presented it they said they would not honor it because it had to be for dine in only. The manager who was also the host was extremely... More

I had a reservation for Jan 26 at 6 for our family of four. I had booked it via Open Table. I called at 4:30 asked if we could push it to 6:30. The man in the phone said no as he had another reservation after ours. I said fine we will keep the 6. As we are leaving our... More

We found this place by chance. It is a simple restaurant in a street mall. The hostess and waiters are Italian, which is a good sign. We were both happy with our choices: a shrimp fettuccine and a grouper, which was a special. Other than expensive, the grouper was delicious. The cannoli dessert was correct. Very enjoyable evening.

Very good food is the reason to go to Ciao Italiano. It is one of the few non chain restaurants in Orlando. You should call for reservations as it is frequently very busy.

This is a relatively small family owned restaurant with a great feel. It was one of the best Italian meals we have ever had, including Italy. An expansive menu, plus tempting specials. Also, a very good wine list including both Italian wines and a selection from elsewhere. Great bread and one of the best olive oils we ever had. Outstanding... More

Great choice of restaurants in a city full of chain restaurants, fast food, Disney or young families. Every table was full on a Wednesday night. You could abs tell the owner was at the hostess stand greeting patrons as she kept an eye on all tables. Stick with the menu as the specials were just ok and expensive but the... More

We made reservations at Ciao when we were in Florida on a business trip, and it was amazing. They had a grouper special and it was amazing. They also had an eggplant appetizer that was wonderful. One person in our party had the lobster bisque and he said it was delicious. I have to highly recommend this restaurant.
