My sister and I went to this restaurant and had a great time. The service was spectacular and the food recommendations made by the staff were delicious. We had stuffed eggplant. Yum! Them we shared a couple of dishes. I had a shrimp fettuccini and my sister had a stuffed pork chop. Both dishes were good. The fettuccini had a... More

Don't let the shopping center scare you off, probably the best Italian restaurant you will ever eat in!! We found Ciao Italia by accident in one of the advertisements in the hotel. We called ,made a reservation and went, When you pull up the shopping center is a little deserted. We walked in immediately, the smell was like Sunday sauce... More

Walked in and was greeted by the hostess. Very nicely decorated, quaint and intimate. Sat there for 15 minutes all while my server told me he would be with me in a minute. No water, no bread, just sat there. Was finally brought a menu and wine list. Menu is laid out very well and all the dishes sound very... More

We were in Orlando from October 18th thru the 25th visiting all of the awesome attractions and decided on Italian cuisine on our last night. One of the incredibly friendly staff members at our resort (Marriott's Harbour Lakes) suggested Ciao Italia because of the positive feedback she had received from prior guests. I lived in Italy for three years while... More

Went with a 10 and an 11 year old who both ordered off the children's menu. I ordered lasagne which was beautifully cooked. The garlic bread had LOTS of herbs on it so the kids weren't keen. Nice inside with lovely friendly service. Not impressed they put 18% tip automatically on the bill then when I was to sign had... More

Tried this place one night whilst staying at the Doubletree across the road. Food wasnt too bad but way too much garlic for me I'm afraid. Friendly staff who helped find my veggie husband something to eat. Look out for the coupons in a lot of the leaflets about!

The restaurant isn't the only one responsible for our bad experience. We use an app called Eat24 in our hometown. We used it here to order in food because we have an infant and couldn't get out. The delivery service took 2 hours to deliver food. We were also 'slammed' with a $10+ service charge on top of the advertised... More

Being in Orlando for the first time and being from New Jersey, was searching for an authentic Italian restaurant.. Fell upon Ciao Italia... A little hesitant at first because was in a strip mall. But the decor was very nice inside. Italian music playing , waiters speaking in Italian as well. Had a calamari appetizer which was very good, also... More

Way overpriced and food low quality, pasta was greasy and pizza was the standard of a frozen pizza in fact i would say it probably was a frozen pizza, waiter decided not to write down our order but memorize it wether he couldn't be bothered or trying to be smart i don't know but he managed to get it wrong anyway,we spent...
