So looking forward to a delicious Italian meal- how disappointing ! Before we got looking at the menu when we arrived - the manager or person that seemed to be the owner, brought out 2 bottles of wine (red & white as my wife drinks red only & I white) we hadn't even a chance to tell him that we... Did some searching and this was the most reasonably priced Italian restaurant in the area, though they would appear to make up for the lower entree prices with other things. Pop, tea etc are served from small bottles with a hefty price tag attached, I took a quick glance at the wine list and the prices even for the cheapest... More

I had a late meal here the other night, the meal was good, buy very expensive. Staff were less than attentive, but OK,more concerned about getting the bill right and their tips than the customers. Upside, the food was good, very good but way too expensive in terms of value for money.

The strip mall this gem is in is post-apocalyptic. Don't let that fool you. Rich, delicious Italian food with great service and the best creme brulee ever. Pricey but worth it.

This restaurant is hiding out in a derelict looking strip mall, but the food is great. The prices seem a little high for the area but completely appropriate for the quality of the food. The wild boar was amazing and the staff was charming.

Coming from the North, it's extremely difficult to find good Italian food. I read rave reviews about this place and visited the website and was excited to try it. Weird little older plaza in touristy section of Orlando but the interior more than makes up for it. When I first walked in, it smelled exactly like the restaurants in Europe.... More

Authentic Italian..staff friendly to kids too! Food was good, well sized portions Wine menu pricy per bottle, otherwise avg food pricing. I'd go again if in the area. I had the cheese tortellini with pesto& pine nuts, hubby had a lemon chicken dish..both flavorful and good!

Seemed a little "faux pretentious". Very cute inside, food was okay, a bit pricy. If you're simply in the mood for some Italian food, this place is not bad. My business companion and I were dressed fine and very cordial, but the waiter responded in a bit of a cranky manner. Maybe the waiter was having a bad day?

Recommended by our lodging we were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Family owned and operated for 22 years, Ciao Italia offers authentic Italian food in a very nice environment. Bruno, our waiter, a native of Italy, was very friendly and attentive. All aspects of our meal were excellent, from the Caprese salad and warm Italian bread to our entrees of... More

I had a take-out caprese salad - the gave me half a loaf of warm, crusty cibatta bread and olive oil to go with. It was delicious. I never made it back there, but would love to try more of their food.
