We have been here several times before. The bread is to die for and so is the garlic bread. We brought our daughter and her family. Two of us had black grouper with crab meat on top. Delicious!!!! And they have a good menu for children. My only complaint was that our server tried to upsell us on the wine... More

This is it. Everything you would expect from a fine restaurant. It's not cheap but the food and service are excellent.

We got takeout from this little gem tucked away in a strip mall on Westwood off of International drive after a long day at the parks. The food was awesome - very authentic hand crafted pastas and sauces. My wife had classic spaghetti and meatballs, me their daily special gnocchi in a tomato cream sauce. Their housemade Italian bread was... More

This place completely deserves the ratings it has on Zagat. From the hostess to the waitress to food everything was SPOT ON !! Other then the interiors of the place which are looking a little outdated everything else was exceptional. In fact the interiors are also quite acceptable as they make the place look like a very old restaurant somewhere... More

Tried this restaurant based on trip advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. We all enjoyed the dishes we had. The waitress was very attentive and service was quick. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for Italian near Sea World. Don't let the strip mall atmosphere turn you away.

We have been going to Orlando for years and always go to Ciao for a hearty italian dish. This time it was no different. My dad who happens to be italian decided on linguini vongole but with spaghettis instead. After waiting for about 25 minutes dinner arrived. To our surprise the dish had linguinis. When we reminded the waiter about... More

A year ago this month, we were in Orlando and stumbled-upon an Italian restaurant in a small strip mall on Westwood Blvd. What an unlikely location for some of the finest Italian food we've ever had anywhere. The restaurant -- Ciao Italia -- is an absolute gem! This past week we were back in Orlando and headed straight to Ciao... More

I was in town for a convention and Ciao Italia was near my hotel. I tried it out and it didn't fail me - great food and great service. Don't be put-off by the less than attractive strip mall it is part of.

Visiting any restaurant during a convention is iffy. Ciao Italia handled it seamlessly. Dinner outing with men can be a handful, but our meals were all exceptional and the server handled the rush without hesitation. It was obvious that the staff is well trained, but also long term as they treated us great.
