Our family usually has 3 different kinds of food at SS, which is one of the great draws here; everyone can find something they want. The lines move quickly and thus are kept short. Menus are also limited, which helps keep the line moving along. Seating is spacious and oddly relaxing, considering you are eating lunch in a building brimming... More

I decided to try sunshine seasons because people for some reason rave about portion size and so on... I honestly just felt it was average. In a park with so many choices for quick service... France, Britian, Japan ... I won't have lunch here again most likely. Was the food bad? No not at all my sandwich was good and... More

We love this place! One of our favorites. This is our 'go-to' places in Epcot. There is a huge variety of things to eat, even for the pickiest of eaters. We love the location as you can hit several rides or shows and then eat lunch/dinner. It does get crowded during the peak times but nothing that isn't manageable. The... More

I eat here every time I go to EPCOT. Very generous portions and probably the best value you'll find in any of the theme parks. This is considered a quick service restaurant (food court style) but the food is good quality and delicious! I've had both the seared tuna salad with chilled noodles and rotisserie chicken with black beans and... More

This was our first restaurant to eat at in WDW on the dining plan. Think Panera Bread on steroids. The sandwiches are great and so is the homemade potato salad.

If you get tired of the normal quick service type of food, this is a great option. The kid’s meals are the best looking meals here in my opinion. We normally all get one of the kids’ meals and pick out an awesome desert and leave very satisfied.

There are a ton of options for breakfast and lunch (i have never been for dinner). There is, also, a ton of desserts and pastries to cure your sweet tooth. All items are very affordable and you get better food than you get in a food court but it has a food court feel to it. Great place to check... More

Located near Soarin' and Living with the Land, the Sunshine Seasons offers a variety of freshly made choices, including salads; meats (pork chops, chicken) and side veggies; asian foods; sandwiches in both adult and child portions. The portions were more generous than expected, except the asian food portions were small. Some of our group were able to share and even... More

This restaurant is located in "The Land" section of Epcot. We had the breakfast platters. The food was good. Generous portions. Good value for our money. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful.

If you have a group that has a wide range of likes, or even picky eaters this should always be your go to when in Epcot. Soup, pizza, beef, fish, pork chops, various Asian dishes (stir fry noodles, sweet and sour chicken, etc), turkey, salads... the list goes on and on and on and wait until you see the wide... More
