Just too much food, but really great eating

Being of German background, we just had to try this place. The food was not exactly what we get in Germany, but still of excellent taste and quality. Too much food, but you just can't stop trying it all.

Hot day at Epcot = time to chill and have a beer. There are some nice beers to choose from here, and you can sit and watch all the yelling families run by in a panic because they are on vacation, and why relax! We watched the boats in the lake, and one night we sat and drank while watching... More

This is a buffet extravaganza filled with delicious and authentic German food! I cannot name all the foods but here are some: salad, cold potato salad, warm potato salad, macaroni and cheese, port schnitzel, sauerbraten, knockwurst, sauerkraut, meatballs, spatzle, pretzel rolls, chocolate chip cookies, and that's just what I ate. There is something on this buffet for everyone. German food... More

We enjoyed our stop here for lunch. We had reservations for 9 and were seated quickly. Because we had a large group, we didn't have to share a table with another group. Our waitress got our soft drink orders, which were included in the price, then we headed over to the buffet. There were plenty of options to choose from... More

The food is authentically German, and your dinner usually comes with a 20-30 minute floor show of German Oktoberfest entertainment. Buffet, so you can get what you want. The Sauer braten is especially tasty as is the pork roast. Desserts are a must, especially the black forest cake and Apple strudel. Reasonable cost for Disney.

The food at this place was really good! It's a buffet with tons of German salads, entrees and desserts. The sausages were quite flavorful. The entertainment w features a German polka band and a guy playing that alpine horn - really cool! We were really transported to Germany for a few hours! My 6-year-old little girl likes the food and... More

Whenever we go to Disney World, my family enjoys eating lunch at the Biergarten Restaurant at Epcot. The food is very good, and we feel as though the buffet offers some great options for most anyone. I have two kids that are somewhat "picky" with their food selections ... and, they still like the options and fill up their plates.... More

Like any Disney experience, Biergarten rates very high on the entertainment and atmosphere categories. There food is good, the buffet menu is a bit small but the price is not. Beer is not included in the buffet price and can be ordered on half and full litres; there is a decent list to choose from. You will be seated with... More

We had a group of 14 that ate here one evening. We had an 8:00 p.m. reservation, and we had a very small wait. We were seated at two tables right next to the stage. Although we were happy to be seated right as the last of the evening's stage shows were starting, we were disappointed that the restaurat closes... More

We chose this restaurant at Germany in Epcot because my husband is German. It was an ok meal but nothing special. It turned out to be the least favorite dinner of our 6 nights dining in the area of Disney World. Pork schnitzel was dry, sauerbrAten was not very good. It was overall a mediocre buffet.
