Description: "Biergarten restaurant, in the heart of the Bavarian Village in the Germany Pavilion at Epcot theme park, celebrates Oktoberfest all year long. Authentic German cuisine is served for lunch and dinner buffets. Lively costumed musicians provide traditional Oktoberfest entertainment throughout lunch and dinner. Music and merriment resound as diners are encouraged to dance and be part of the boisterous merrymaking–or simply relax in the twilight atmosphere in this magnificent German hall. At the Biergarten Restaurant, seating is at long communal tables that offer a great view of the festivities. Grab a chair, join the revelry and create your own traditional German meal. Rotating lunch and dinner selections consist of hearty German favorites such as bratwurst, red cabbage sauerkraut, pork schnitzel and spaetzle. Delicious desserts, from Bavarian cheesecake to freshly baked apple strudel, complete any meal at the Biergarten Restaurant.

It was very nice to have a buffet at this restaurant. I was not sure what my 11 year old son would eat as far as German food went. This allowed him to try several things without risk, we could eat as much as we wanted as it was a buffet, so it did not require buying another dinner if... More

We try something new every year when we visit WDW, but I've been putting this place off for a couple of years... afraid that all they had was typical German food like sauerkraut. Boy, was I wrong. They have the most amazing buffet and selection of beer here that I will make sure we continue to return year after year!... More

My family is from Germany, so it is always fun to come to Biergarten and eat the foods of my childhood. The service is great, and the beer selection is awesome. Try the beer or wine flight for a great sampling. The band is definitely a highlight, since we always come around Christmas, and the children are invited us to... More

We ate lunch at this restaurant over the holidays in conjunction with receiving special seating at the Candlelight Processional. It was an excellent buffet with enough variety to suit all tastes. There was also a band that played during the meal. You are exported in and seated at a table with other guests. At first we were reluctant, but it... More

Love the feel of the place, you really feel like you are in a German beer hall. The food was all very good and there is a good selection of beers - I tried the sampler. I thought all of the faire was very authentic and the band that comes out and play each hour was very good. Be aware... More

This was my first time eating here; knew it was family style seating so we were prepared for other people. Met a lovely family from Canada whom we enjoyed talking with. It was noisy with the band playing so was hard to hear our server. Missed one section of the buffet since we hadn't heard all the directions from the... More

Been to Epcot more than 20 times but never experienced the Biergarten - great entertainment with good [not great] food. However, don't miss the opportunity to engage the servers in conversation - very interesting to hear where they are from in Germany and their experience in the US - worth a trip - guaranteed to fill your stomach!

We loved this buffet! At first we didn't realize it was family-style dining, but the other people we sat with were very friendly. The buffet was delicious, with our favorites being the beer cheese soup, the oh so yummy pretzel rolls, the pork schnitzel, and the warm potato salad. Also loved the cucumber salad and the tomato salad. Yummm!! The... More

Great buffet, lots of yummy food. Lots of tasty meats to feed your inner carnivore. My wife comes from a German family and said the dishes are the closest to her grandmother's cooking that a restaurant has ever come. The nudelgraten, although probably not German, is the best mac and cheese I've ever had. (Pro-tip: don't get it from the express... More

Expensive, best to work up a good appetite to get value from this buffet. Lots of food choices including many German dishes. Family style seating on long tables at various floor levels, the lighting is subdued and the atmosphere is energetic with diners dancing to the Oom-pa style band. It was amazing to see and hear them play the Alpine... More
