A nice lunch

We had planned to eat here for dinner, but our plans didn't work out. We happened to be in the area at lunch time and decided to try it. The bratwurst with sauerkraut was very good. Our meal plan included dessert and I had people offering me money for my Black Forest Cake! It was awesome.

This was my second visit to this restaurant located at Epcot world showcase. Always a blast. The food is excellent cafeteria style. You sit at large tables with other people (who you get to know quickly) and while you eat a band comes on stage and performs German music that gets people up dancing. It's a tad pricey but being... Though I am not a fan of buffets, I enjoyed the meal I shared with my family. I especially liked the pork roast with apricot chutney and chunky applesauce. My next favorite was the rouladen. The grapefruit beer on the flight was a delicious surprise.

This was undoubtedly the most disappointing dinner we've ever had at Epcot. The buffet was mediocre and the band only played for the first five minutes and then they went on a break for the rest of our time. The restaurants in France, Italy, and Mexico are all much better choices.

nice German Rest...it is a buffet. What makes this as a unique experience is that it is like a theatre setting where you seat on stages that you can watch live music and dance.

The buffet in Germany has something for everyone. Not only that but there are plenty of choices of good food. I was stuffed when I got up to leave. The German band was fun and although my kids are adults it looked like the youngsters had great fun on the dance floor.

Great buffet in Epcot. Lots and lots of meats and sides. The German dishes are amazing. The desserts are heaven. For the price at Disney ,it can't be beat. We ate there twice. I would encourage you to go during lunch. There's only a few dishes different for dinner and it's $8-12 more. The music and show is great and... More

I love German food! My wife loves German food! Next best thing to being in Bavaria. My son wanted to go to Germany this summer but we could not quite afford it so we came to Florida instead. In Epcot, we found the next best thing. With the Polka bands playing (hoy, hoy, hoy) we teased him about never thinking... More

We were at Disney World for six nights and ate at a different restaurant each night. My wife and I both felt that this was the one we would have least wanted to miss. Great entertainment with a German oompa band in full regalia, great camaraderie with our table mates (you sit at long wooden benches with other people). Good... More
