Long time tradition

We have traveled with close friends to Walt Disney World many times over the years and have on two or three occasions ended our vacation with dinner at Cape May Cafe, so there are many good memories connected with this establishment. We have been to Disney 4 times and have made this a must stop on each trip. We all love the dinner here. The buffet style is perfect for families and for picky kids. There is a great assortment to choose from and the food is very high quality. I need to know what they put in the mashed potatoes,... More

Anytime we are at Disney, we make it a point to eat at Cape May Cafe for either breakfast or dinner. For breakfast, it has a variety of breakfast items. You can eat fairly healthy here as well! They have Mickey shaped waffles, lots of fresh fruits, traditional hot breakfast items, and French toast. It's a lot of fun to... More

We have eaten here for breakfast many, many times and it is a good value for a character breakfast. We much prefer Cape May over the breakfast at Chef Mickey's because it has more food choices and the atmosphere seems more like a restaurant and less like a giant cafeteria (like Chef Mickey's). The characters you will see here are... More

We visited for dinner. The amount of food there was phenomenal, as well as the variety. We attended the fried calamari night and boy are we glad we made it. It was great. From the shrimp and crab legs, you'll be working for that seafood; though it is worth it. They also have a meat section and a kids section... More

Menu changes daily but my favorites are Seafood / Steak nights. For one price it is a help yourself buffet with desert and drinks included. Reservations are recommended well in advance. Even though the seating could be upgraded, the ambience makes up for it. Early afternoon or late dinner are probably the least crowded times to visit and enjoy the... More

Check in and a shop later, seems to be a little too déjà vu that, the resort hotel is so pretty and a walk away from Epcot and the nighttime fireworks show 'illuminations'. As a seafood lover this buffet is an easy one to love. It is not the most extensive you will find and cannot cater to all tastes... More

My absolute favorite dinner location in WDW Resort...this was my 3rd visit! Yummy caesar salad, crab legs, fried shrimp (on certain nights), meat carving station, potatoes, corn on the cob, and so much more. Very good food. We have always used the dining plan; this counts as 1 table service meal. But this is probably the only place where I... More

We took our kids (age 11, 13) to the character breakfast here (yes - they STILL want to do character breakfasts. Food options were great. We loved the bananas foster + French toast. The price seemed reasonable (approx. $100 for 4 of us to eat). Service was good too. Our waitress was very attentive and provided us a few good... More

As per usual, character breakfast is in the classic buffet style. The food is good, but not great. Just the typical breakfast buffet. But of course, you are here to meet the characters, not the food! The characters came to each table and let you take pictures. Each character played their part and spend time with you, even though we... More
