A Unique Experience

We had reservations, but even so had to wait quite a while to be seated for dinner. But what fun once we were seated! We were in a large darkened room with a drive-in movie screen at the front and speakers next to our car. We were seated in a convertible with 3 rows of seats. Each row seated 2... read more

We had our first visit and was excited to try Sci-fi Dine in... I'm not sure what I was thinking but it's like sitting in a small car and you sit in front of each other with your back to others... With a group of 8 we sat in 2 cars & couldn't talk to each other... We needed lights... More

Decent food in a great venue. You feel like you are sitting in your car, enjoying your food and watching a movie.

You eat in a "car", front and/or back seat, while you watch snippets of sci-fi movies (oldies for sure). Standard menu. The place is pretty dark and it was hard to see the menu, as well as the food, depending on where you sat. Flashlight App on a smartphone helps. It was really crowded, even in the off-season, moreso probably... More

food was below average, they recently changed the menu for the worse, the service is horrible, waiters disappear throughout the meal..very expensive for what you get and so dark you cannot even see what you are eating..

If you're looking for a unique dining opportunity at Disney's Hollywood Studios, this place is the "bomb" for atmosphere. Although my wife and I did not grow up in the 50s or 60s, we still took part in the drive-in theater activities in the mid to late 80s. The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater complemented what we remembered ... and, it was... More

you eat in a car while watching cheesy sci-fi clips. Loved it. Amazing milkshakes, amazing service and fabulous diner food. My kids loved this experience almost as much as the 50's prime time diner. I do wish that the sci-fi movie was more of an actual movie, instead of a looped reel, but we will take what we can get!

We stopped her for a light lunch 1-23-16. It was just my husband and I. I loved the atmosphere. We had awesome onions rings and buffalo wing appetizers that we split as our meal. It was very delicious. Our service was very good as well. A man from another car paid the bills for everyone in our car. It was... More

The idea of eating at a drive in is so much fun. However there were a couple set backs that left us wanting more. The "movie" that plays is really just a series of 5-10 min reels of shows and commercials that the kids were not at all interested in. Maybe they could show actual Disney fliks? The food was... First big thanks to Hassan our server who went above and beyond with our kids and had fun with them and made their time here great. The atmosphere is neat with the old drive in movie theatre experience. It was fun watching some of the old sci fi clips and seeing movie stars that went on to do other things... More
