Good food and a visit from every Princess!

This was a pleasant dining experience, coming from a Disney regular. You get one of all of the apps brought to your table and they will bring as much as you want. Then you pick an entree and after they bring you one of every dessert. I feel like for once you get a lot of food for the cost.... read more

I felt that all characters dining at Disney were way overpriced for the food and service they offered. Of course my daughter was extremely happy to meet the princesses and others but I would not do it again.

The food and service here was pretty poor, infact the service was awful. However, the princesses were great they spent plenty of time talking to the kids and the children took part in a parade which was lovely.

Very good food! I had the Kjøttkake (Norwegian Meatballs) and they were honestly one of the best things I ate while in Disney. Our Server was lovely, she was very efficient & could crack a good joke. This is a restaurant with Character Dining so be prepared to have Princesses visit you. I highly recommend Akershus for Lunch & Dinner-... More

We went for lunch princess dining, food was ok but they in the past gave you a picture of your kids with a princess but not anymore! You can pay to get it later but the cost for the meal is still high. Not sure if I would go back

The royal banquet hall setting is very nice. The kids really enjoyed being announced and greeted by Belle. Every princess visited each table and spent time with the kids. There was also a nice princess processional for the kids to walk with their princess. The menu is limited. Picky eaters should review it carefully. I liked the beef option but... More

A group of ten of us had the storybook lunch at Akershus back in May this year. On entry the children had their picture taken with Belle. We were then sat at out table and our waiter brought us drinks. First course was a buffet of meats, fish, veg etc. main course was a choice. I had the steak sandwich... More

The food is very good and you can even enjoy some of the typical nordic food. The problem is that as it is a disputed place your meal is timed, so you have to rush your dinner to make the table available for the next reservation. To give you an idea, they served us dessert and the bill before we... More

Booked this the on the day to surprise our 11 year old daughter, restricted to later time for lunch, but once we had met Belle and sat down, the food was great with traditional Norwegian cold meats platter followed by a choice of 5 entrees and then a platter of deserts which were all served with a smile. Drinks were... More
