We made a lunch reservation here while on vacation. We were seated right away. This was a 3 course meal. You first get to go up to the salad bar and get salad, meats, cheeses, and fruit. Then you wait for the main meal which there is not a very big selection maybe 5 choices top. The main course was... More

We loved everything about Disney with the exception of this restaurant. We understood going in that it would be expensive as most Disney Character dining is. However, we thought our kids would at least have something to eat. The menu selections for children is horrible. Maybe it was just our luck but our waitress recommended the meatballs and salmon for... More

Dined here for tea and for our niece to meet the princesses. We left feeling extremely rushed and robbed.Food was ok but there was literally no time to digest between courses,In fact desserts were brought to the table before my husband had finished his main course!Interaction with each princess was very brief, just about time to take a photo.Total cost for 7... You don't go here for the food (it was good, lots of it)--you go here for the princesses! What a treat--beautiful princesses and Mary Poppins coming to the table to hug your kids--who are just wide-eyed with amazement! The kids may not remember this, but the adults will! So get a reservation asap for your trip!

Had breakfast with the princesses recently. We found the food and service to be excellent. We had a 10:45 am reservation so our meal really served as a brunch for us and kept us full all day long! Pros: great food and service and a chance to meet some of the most popular princesses (we were greeted by Belle, and... More

My 4 year old daughter loved it. All 5 princesses made it a point to spend plenty of time with her (Ariel was fabulous, Snow White not so much). Food was pretty good but we were too into the entertainment to notice. I would recommend they have more selection for children to eat. Grilled Chicken and Mashed Potatoes were not... More

So, you want your young kids to get a picture with a Disney Princess. You must ask yourself, is it worth the price of a very expensive dinner that is just above terrible with mediocre at best service. This place fell way short of a normal Disney experience and Norway + Disney should be ashamed. The buffet salad bar was... More

We had a late (8pm) dinner with the princesses last Tuesday night. It's actually a very good value for your money if you're using the Disney dining: it only takes 1 full-service credit for this dinner, which includes a visit with several princesses and a nice folio of photos of your child or family with Belle. (I heard that beginning... More

Our group definitely preferred Akershus over Cinderella's castle. Much better food. We weren't rushed out of the place. Service was excellent. Interaction with the princesses was good. It was much easier to get a picture of the grandkids with the princess at this restaurant than at the over crowded castle. The grandkids enjoyed participating in the princess parade. And this... We went last week and had a great time at this character breakfast. There were some items on a buffet such as fish, fruit and pastries. The main breakfast dish was served family style which included bacon, sausage links, eggs, and hash brown casserole. The food was good and the waitress kept refilling the main dish. We had a 9:45...
