Stopped here while in the area to use a coupon/certificate. Haven't been in years but would go more often if closer location. The blue cheese chip appetizer is one of my favorites! Fresh chips topped with a creamy blue cheese sauce that has chunks of blue cheese added all drizzled with balsamic. Yummy! Fiancé had a steak flatbread that he... More

My husband and I ate here for the first time and had a superb experience. Food was perfect. Service awesome ...our server was Cynthia. The GM came over to ask about our experience and was very interested in our opinion. Will definitely return on our next trip.

Sam Sneads continues to be one of our favorite places to eat. Both my wife and I settled on the fish and chips. The meal was very good and the service likewise. The only disappointment was the coconut cream pie was soft when it usually is firm. Curious. The night we were there the crowd was a bit noisy, but... More

We arrived with precisely 40 minutes to spare before a scheduled appointment across the street and asked the hostess if they could accommodate us in that amount of time. The lunch rush had just ended, the parking lot was still packed with cars, and most tables were still littered with lunch leftovers. The hostess told us she thought they could... More

Our food was good, but not wonderful. Our waiter drove is nuts. He seemed to think he was part of the party. I have never had conversations interrupted so many times. A good waiter just quietly fills your water glass when it is low. He doesn't swoop in and start announcing that he is going fill one person's water glass... More

We took guests from overseas to dinner having never been to this restaurant before. Mistake. We found the menu to be quite pricey. Example: Special of the day Sea Bass $32 ! I ordered a simiple flat bread entree and was disappointed. It was bland, overcooked and the few chicken pieces were very dry. My husband ordered a sweet potato... More

We took our office new hire to lunch here on 6/2/14 and the food was terrible! I ordered a cheeseburger medium well, took one bite and it was pink. Half of it was about medium rare and the other half was about medium. they sent it back and at least 10 minutes later I got a new burger that was... More

All the things I look for in a memorable dining experience - atmosphere, service, and good food are all there. If you relish golf history, you'll enjoy it even more. You can find pictures galore that'll bring back memories for those old enough to remember old "Slammin' Sammy".

Met family here while on a vacation/work trip. Everyone had a different entree and there were no complaints from anyone. Wait staff was always there when needed but not overbearing. We ran the gambit as far as prime rib to fish and everyone was in love with their food. Highly recommend as a meeting place on the north side of... More

After a long day of travel, this was recommended by the hotel staff and did not disappoint. The waitress, Betsy, was particularly attentive, courteous and obviously enjoyed her job. The food was excellent and reasonable, especially since it was happy hour and a weekend where there was a special of appetizer, salad and main dish for $21. I would definitely... More
