Spent 300 dollars, but the "prime" ribeye was full of gristle. Worst prime steak I've ever had. Told the waiter, who simply apologized. Too bad, because otherwise a nice dinner and this steak was an embarrassment to the chain

The Palm is your basic high end-ish steakhouse; however, not everything here is that great. The lobster bisque was served on the lukewarm-cold side (yuk) and was quite spicy. Lump crab cocktail was pretty good but the mustard sauce is not the best. Filet was pretty good but the best part was the carrot cake!

What a great steak house. The food wine and atmosphere were incredible. We took my daughter and her friends to universal for her sweet sixteen and this was the adult night out. Could not have been any better definitely going back.

The Good - Sharable sides, good cuts of meat and excellent cheese cake The Bad - Unbelievably noisy main dining room and cold steaks The Scoop- The time between finishing our appetizers and the main course was easily 50 minutes. It was so noisy we were hoarse from shouting across the table just to carry on a conversation. When I... More

For a $300 meal I expect better food and service. The lamb chops were fatty, and the dishes were dirty on the bottom. My wife's plate had chocolate all over the bottom of it. How can a four star establishment allow a dirty plate to be presented with food on it? Unacceptable

You can always count on The Palm for a good meal. Make reservations unless you want to wait! This place stays busy.

We have eaten at the Palm's in NY many - many times. We expected the same quality at the Palm in the Hard Rock. Well I guess the owners felt location was all you need. If your looking for just an ok dinner. The Palm here is just that ok- mediocre service and food. Very expensive for what they offered.... More
