My husband and I are very picky when it comes to steaks and steakhouses. We found this one really good! Meat was excellent, I had a fillet mignon that was cooked to perfection with Hash browns (not used to hash browns but they were tasty). Wine options were great too! Waiters were awesome, very friendly, ready to recommend desserts or... More

1) The place was quite cold, thankfully it was empty so we could find a table away from the A/C 2) Dishes came to the table and they were dirty! In one case, the underside of the plate was covered with chocolate and I was eating a Caprese Salad. 3) They poured the wrong wine and still continued to charge... More

I Have lived in Orlando for years and never knew about this restaurant ! Definitely an upscale steakhouse. The food was delicious but I was a little disappointed in the service, considering the prices and ambiance. I don't know if this was because it's in a tourist area so the service was not as good. Soups and sides were yummy,... More

This is an excellent restaurant in Orlando! I love the location as it is inside the Hard Rock Hotel near Universal CityWalk (such a cool venue). Excellent entrees (I highly recommend the Sea Bass) and the side dishes are to die for (try the potatoes au gratin!). They have an extensive wine list that had many of my favorite, hard-to-find... It's a good place. Fairly loud with so many tables in one large dining room. Servers were good and the food was a good steakhouse quality. But... Neither were $100 per person good, and we are talking no sides here. Parking is a chore due to hard rock location. Valet loop is too congested for such an upscale and large... More

Spent 300 dollars, but the "prime" ribeye was full of gristle. Worst prime steak I've ever had. Told the waiter, who simply apologized. Too bad, because otherwise a nice dinner and this steak was an embarrassment to the chain

The Palm is your basic high end-ish steakhouse; however, not everything here is that great. The lobster bisque was served on the lukewarm-cold side (yuk) and was quite spicy. Lump crab cocktail was pretty good but the mustard sauce is not the best. Filet was pretty good but the best part was the carrot cake!

What a great steak house. The food wine and atmosphere were incredible. We took my daughter and her friends to universal for her sweet sixteen and this was the adult night out. Could not have been any better definitely going back.

The Good - Sharable sides, good cuts of meat and excellent cheese cake The Bad - Unbelievably noisy main dining room and cold steaks The Scoop- The time between finishing our appetizers and the main course was easily 50 minutes. It was so noisy we were hoarse from shouting across the table just to carry on a conversation. When I... More
