We love this restaurant. My daughters were excited to try different foods and were not disappointed. Our waiter gave great suggestions. The Grouper was delicious and the sauce like nothing I have ever tasted.

The food is pretty good for the most part, but we had great luck at other restaurants within Disney that we feel are better then this place, but not rated as good (also don't charge 2 dining credits.. big rip off). The desserts aren't anything special, neither of us cared for ours. Also the portions are not what other restaurants... More

Recently we were staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge at Disney. Our first night I had planned on making a dinner reservation at Jiko which is the premium featured restaurant. Our reservation was late, 7:45 PM. When we arrived we were given a beeper and told our table would be ready soon. The restaurant was crowded. We waited 45 minutes... More

Up front, don't expect to pay less then $100 or more for two, but it is so well worth it. Whether you like pork or not, you have to try the wild boar appetizer. It is absolutely one of the best appetizers I have ever had. I wish they had a main course version. I have eaten here two to... More

My husband and I made reservations at Jiko for our first night in Disney World. We were staying at the Port Orleans, so we needed to take a bus to Animal Kingdom and then transfer to an Animal Kingdom Lodge bus for dinner. This was a bit time consuming, but worked out fine for our meal. It's worth getting to... More

We remember the days when food at Disney was average at best and the addition of many high end places and the improvement of others is great! Jiko was a very nice experience. We were in a part of the restaurant that is a bit isolated so it was quiet and comfortable. The service was professional and the food was... More

Enjoyed my dinner and service here. Nothing to extravagant but my server was very attentive and prompt. My appetizer tips and bits was delicious. The Maize Crusted grouper was pretty tasty but not enough for me 😀. My server Alfredo made my experience enjoyable.

The food was good, it just wasn't great. The service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to entertain my 3 year old during a late night reservation. Their selection of menu items is not very large. I highly recommend checking out the menu online prior to going to make sure there are items you will like. My... More

This was our second visit to Jiko and it did not disappoint. Started at the bar where we sampled a few wines trying to find a bottle for dinner. We were seated pretty close to our reservation. Our server, Hassan, was attentive and very knowledgeable on the menu and specials. He was even nice enough to give a free amuse... More
