Good Salmon at DW? Yes

We went to HDB as part of Hollywood Studios' Fantasmic dining package. This is a nice place for couples to eat and chill in the AC during a typical FL 95 degree day. The place is modeled after the original in LA, and the Disney attention to detail is great right down to the copper brown derby light... read more

We were really looking forward to having a great meal in a theme park. As we all know, the food is usually terrible. I used to eat at the Original Brown Derby as a kid with my parents, and was talking up this upcoming meal to my wife and our 11 year old. The restaurant is really beautiful. Our reservation... More

Excellent selection of unique dishes and great service made for a nice respite out of the blazing Florida sun midday. The restaurant is very nice and definitely recommended for lunch while at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Our penultimate holiday meal, saved one of the best until last, I love the Brown Derby a Disney signature restaurant, it is quite expensive, but if you want quality food surroundings and service this is the place. Although, I can remember at one time there was a sort of dress code, but it seems to have been deserted over the... More

We booked Brown Derby as a package deal with Fantasmic preferred seating. It was totally worth it! For $57pp you got to choose anything from the menu. It was not a set meal. We each had an appetizer, entree and dessert. I chose the highly recommended Cobb salad for appetizer, the filet (cooked med/rare perfectly) and the trio sampler for... More

We have eaten a 3 course meal here at the derby before. That was September 2014, and the filet dish was melt in your mouth and famous cobb salad was definitely to die for! That time, I chose the pick 3 mini desserts, and they were all good, save one. That time, I had got the grapefruit mini cake, chocolate... More

First visit a couple of days ago for our wedding anniversary, despite having been frequent visitors to the park since it opened in 1989, so better late than never! This is certainly not a cheap meal out - with tip we spent over $200 for three without alcoholic drinks - but, for a special occasion I would recommend this venue... More

One of the best places to eat in the park. Menu is limited but what they make is perfected. Food arrived quickly and service was appropriate to establishment. Glad I didn't have the kids with us. Make reservations for the Fantasmic package, it gives you referred seating at first show.

An excellent antidote to the usual fast food outlets in the rest of the Disney Parks. A relaxed pace with good food and friendly staff make this a nice place to eat in. Note that as this isn't "fast" food it might be one to avoid if you time everything to the last minute! We loved it and we'd go... More

In order to experience the Hollywood Brown Derby but avoid the high prices, we decided to try out their lunch menu. For appetizers my wife had the Zellwood Sweet Corn Bisque (which she raved about) and I had the Pan-seared Scallop and Crispy Pork Belly (Tasty but small serving). For our main meal we both had their world famous Cobb... More
