Expensive but good for Fantasmic package

We had visited here years ago on a trip to Disney and were impressed. This time, the food wasn't as great, but was still good. We went for the Fantasmic Dinner Package for $59.99 pp which gets you three courses, a free soft drink and reserved seating for Fantasmic show in the evening - expensive... read more

We had reservations here (Deluxe Dining Plan) and stopped to ask if we could eat later since we didn't make it to lunch until 3pm. We needed to get back to the hotel to shower and change (hot and sticky day). The Maire'd Mark was awesome, he checked reservations, helped us out but did advise not to worry about dress... More

Love the service and food. The Cobb Salad is what the Brown Derby is famous for and it won't disappoint. Mixed tableside. We order as an appetizer salad and split to have one of their great entrees. Waiter named "Moses" is the BEST.

While I enjoyed the cobb salad immensely (top 1-2 I've ever had), my wife's duck and our dessert sampler were both unimpressive. The dessert sampler had three items, of which we finished only one... not due to being full, we just didn't care for them. Her duck was not cheap, and didn't taste anything close to duck I've had before.... More

Not my favorite dining or service at Disney. Prefer the California Grill or Artist Point as well as Victoria and Alberts. More of a stop on your way bye theme park vibe as opposed to fine dining. The food was good and the portions adequate. Would eat here again but will not place on the repeat to do list like... More

Visited Brown Derby while on vacation at Hollywood Studios. Food was excellent and service was the same. I decided against my usual steak favorite and tried the grouper and lobster tail instead. Delicious. And do not pass on the Cobb salad. It too is very tasty.

This one is on the pricey side, but there are truly good options, grouper and lobster was delicious, the filet was nice, desserts are really good as well and serves in small portions so you can have several choices. Service is on the upscale side, which is not always the case for Disney.

We had not been to this restaurant in awhile and it used to be great. But now the menu has been changed and not for the better. Used to be able to get sandwiches or burgers. Now it's all really expensive things. Steak for 49.00. Chicken for 39.00. Lots of fish plates. Not as good as it used to be.

I really enjoyed my meal. Had to try the chopped Cobb salad. I liked it a lot--my 12-year-old thought it was "too weird." My salmon was excellent & I really enjoyed the grapefruit cake for dessert. Kind of pricey, but we ate there because the deal included preferred seating for Fantasmic.

We went to this restaurant about 5 years ago and were impressed with the quality of the food and service, combined with the uniqueness of the history of the actual restaurant in Hollywood. Now it has all changed. The atmosphere was noisy, and this place has obviously been dumbed down to to broader public. It used to be a place... More
