Great food in a lovely location

The restaurant is located on the boardwalk in a lovely setting. We've eaten here before and were keen to return. The service was great and the food was amazing. The potato wrapped red snapper was delicious and perfectly cooked. My son's steak looked amazing too. We had a fantastic meal here and... read more

I had a very nice dinner with my adult daughter at Flying Fish. The waiter was wonderful but it did take an exceptionally long time to get our entrees. I ordered the scallops but did not want the risotto so the waiter allowed me to get a vegetable instead. I ordered spinach but it was far too salty and I... More

My family and I were looking forward to dinner at the flying fish very much. Food at Disney is very hit or mess but this place up and will reviewed. It was expensive even by Disney standards so we expected that it would live up to its reputation. This was our 10th trip to Disney but our first trip to... More

We booked a table for dinner at 5 pm, great place on Boardwalk, offers quiet table service dinning experience, best experienced with out children- we had ours with us. Open kitchen and offered tasting menus which looked great and I wished I could have tried. Service very proactive, started with cocktails which were great. Had the snapper wrapped in potato... More

This was one of the best meals we had during our Disney stay. The drink list was definitely unique with quite a few interesting choices. We had the pineapple upside down cake martini and also some sort of grapefruit martini. Both were excellent!!! The crab cakes were some of the best we've ever had. Also, recommend the house specialty potato... More

Fabulous long 15 day Disney holiday - equals a long time with the kids. Therefore, an evening 'off' by ourselves was well spent, hitting the Boardwalk and dining in the Flying Fish. An extremely pleasant adult experience. The waiters appeared to be mature enough to have the requisite experience to give advice on the wine and make recommendations regarding the... More

It's been about two years since we've been been to The Flying Fish, and so far during our current Walt Disney World visit, it has been the most consistent in terms of service and cuisine. The signature dish, red snapper wrapped in potato over a rich leek fondue with a veal glace and red wine-cassis butter reduction is a superb... More

This is a cute restaurant in the very nice Boardwalk area of WDW. The food is gourmet and may not be to everyone's taste. For the appetizer, I had the fried calamari and shrimp platter, which was delicious. There were no "standard" dips like tartar sauce or cocktail sauce, just a Thai-inspired peanut sauce that, while good, was very hot... More

This is a fine restaurant located on Disney's Boardwalk. If you using Disney's food plan, the Flying Fish will cost you 2 credits per person. We arrived a little early than our reservation time and were seated promptly. We found the service to be very professional and somewhat upscale. The entrees used farm fresh vegetables grown at Disney's Epcot. You... More

Fine dining but very casual atmosphere located in Disney. Service is professional and courteous but not overly attentive. You are not rushed at all during your dining experience. And although this was appreciated, the wait staff could have been more attentive in filling wine glasses and following up to assure everything was ok. The entrees were excellent. The pork chops...
