The best meal we've ever had in Disney

We've been going to Disney once or twice a year since 2010, and we eat out a LOT. So when I say this was the best meal we've had, I'm drawing from a large pool of comparisons. Located right on the Boardwalk, you could walk right by the place and not notice it. We have on prior trips! What a... read more

A visit to the flying fish is one of the highlights of our annual vacation. Previous visits have been wonderful both staff and cuisine, as my previous reviews have testified. Tonight however was a gastro-disaster. On arrival we were placed at a table is a corner of a newly opened extension of the restaurant obviously set up to deal with... More

We stopped in here for dessert, and all I can say is that it was like an out of body experience. Each of the desserts and specialty drinks we had were fantastic. I even tried of flight of Grand Marnier, something I had never seen in a flight before. Staff were extremely friendly, and we even got a visit from... More

We returned to the flying fish with great expectations after a fantastic visit three years ok. We went to celebrate a birthday but I'm afraid our return visit was a big disappointment. The meal whilst of good quality was very rushed and the waitress was at times bordering on being patronising and rude. As soon as you put your fork... More

My husband and I always try to get to The Flying Fish on Disney's Boardwalk every time we are at Disney. We have been as a couple, with children, and with other couples. These are some of the smartest, most quick witted, 'on top of things' service people in the world I would wager. And, the food is exceptional for... More

Superb Disney restaurant, not characterised as much as others good for a break and upper class meal. Service was fantastic, the guy who served us was very accommodating esp with the kids. Food top notch. Will definitely go back

Wow! The cheese plate was exceptional! My mother was so pleased with her scallops. My brother was wowed with the mahi maui entree. Truly one of the best meals I have ever had!

Slow to get us seated and slow to serve entrees, as though expecting appetizers to be ordered even though not included on Disneyworld Dining Plan ( entree and dessert). Pleasant service and excellent seafood but not as good as at Cape May across the lagoon at the Beach Club Resort.

My family and I have been coming to the Walt Disney World Resort for years but somehow managed to avoid this place until recently, and I really wish it hadn't taken us so long to eat here! Everything was fantastic. The service was tremendous, the drinks were great, and the seafood was very fresh! We had the crab cake appetizer... More

We took our boys to Disney 1 month ago and I am still talking about this place. We had a night without the kids and were looking for a good meal. This was perfect. It was upwardly casual. The wine pairing as recommended was excellent, and the food was like being on "The Food Channel". Flavorful. Done to perfection. I... More
