Disappointed

We ate here for my sons 9th birthday we mentioned this when they asked if we were celebrating a special occasion we were told there would be pixie dust on the table and a cupcake for him we didn't receive either. We usually eat lunch here at least once at MK. It is a little expensive, but worth it. They have a huge buffet. I am not a buffet person, but the food and selections were first class. The characters that came around we Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tiger. They were making constant rounds and we were able to eat and... More

We had an early dinner during the week at Crystal Palace. We just happened to have reservations and get seated right before it started pouring rain. Needless to say, the place was quite busy once the rain it. Our server was very friendly and on top of things, and explained the directions the characters take around the restaurant, approximately how... More

I went to the Crystal Palace for breakfast with my husband and 9 year-old son during Presidents' Week (Feb 14-21). Normally, we are not very big breakfast eaters, but we wanted to do this for the characters and the overall experience. We didn't make it to the park before everyone else, and by 8:05 it was packed. We waited about... More

Was good to sit and meet the characters however the food was rubbish and it sounded like being in a school dinner hall. Won't be back.

We've done every single character meal, but this last trip to Walt Disney World sealed it...Crystal Palace is our #1 favorite character meal. Sure, it helps that it's fun to get a pre-park opening slot and snap some pics of the Magic Kingdom before you check in for your meal, but it's so much more than that. We have had... More

Truly a big disappointment. The food was average at best. The flow for the characters was difficult due to the confined area. It was not kept up to the typical Disney standards for cleanliness. I would recommend other character buffets rather than the Crystal Palace. The Park Fare at the Grand Floridian is by far a much better choice for... More

We decided to go to Magic Kingdom while visiting Florida for a quick day visit. We bought tickets two days beforehand using the My Disney Experience app and scheduled FastPass+. Our choices were limited, but we found passes for things we enjoy, so we were fine. On the way to the park the morning of our visit, I checked again... More

My family of four ate at 6 p.m. on our first day of vacation here. We were seated without too long of a wait. The food was okay, but not outstanding by any means. We all found something that we liked, though and ate our fill. We were a little disappointed that only Pooh came by for a photo. We... More

We really enjoyed meeting Pooh and friends, but the food was just not hitting on much! It's fine for a one time experience, but not repeat worthy!
