We enjoyed this restaurant for several reasons. One, atmosphere as the kids enjoyed 4 characters visiting as we dined. Food was excellent as a buffet style meal. Staff was very cordial and patient as pictures with all families and characters were taken

Being my first experience was over 16 years ago I wasn't too thrilled at first about going but I'm glad I did. The food was out of this world the kids had a great time getting one on one time with the characters.

Our group at here for lunch and we loved it. My daughter didn't know pooh and friends very well but I was trying to get in to as many character meals as possible. So glad we did this one. We checked in at the podium out front and were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young gentleman. We walked... More

We visited The Crystal Palace mainly for the children so that they could meet the characters from 100 acre wood. It's another buffet so was not expecting great things from the food, but have to say it was very nice, and probably the best breakfast buffet we went to. Lots of choice, eggs and cooked to order, food was hot... More

Crystal Palace is a great character dining experience, but the food is just standard. Our most recent trip was for breakfast and without the dining plan, breakfast would have come to around $100 with tip. That's a lot for Mickey waffles, omelette bar, and breakfast potatoes. Overall it's great if you're looking for a standard breakfast and a chance to... More

There is nothing like dining with Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Piglet too.... And lets not forget Eeyore! The buffet is great and a real hit with the kids! Lots of meal items to choose from and the chef made sure our son had Gluten free Mickey waffles too!

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The food was fresh and very good! This is a perfect place for the children. The characters from Winnie the Pooh walk around and allow photo to be taken and hug on the kids! Great entertainment for the kiddos! We loved it!

Built to look like the old Victorian Crystal Palace in England, this is a buffet style restaurant with character dining. For a buffet restaurant I found the servers to be very attentive - often times they are not at buffets. The food was well prepared and included a lot of choices. Great experience with or without kids as every adult... More

Beautiful venue with a great selection of hot and cold meat and salads in the buffet. Also Disney characters mingling with the customers for photo opportunities without the wait.
