We ate lunch at this restaurant as it was one of the only afternoon reservations we could get for that day....but came away pleasantly surprised! As mentioned, I was having a hard time getting reservations where we wanted to go and reluctantly booked one here as a "plan B". We were NOT disappointed and it ended up being such a... More

The Crystal Palace is not really a restaurant for adults. It's a buffet restaurant, and at almost $100 for 2 (including tax and tip), it's not worth it. Food is okay, but for that money I'd prefer a full-service restaurant. The real draw is the Winnie the Pooh character greetings ... very cute, but not a relaxing adult dinner. Great... More

Over the years, we have been here many times. It never fails to please. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. We walked up and got a table after a half hour wait. Love the character interactions. Great way to meet Pooh, Tiger & Co.

I had the luncheon buffet at the Crystal Palace. The service was speedy and the food was excellent. I enjoyed the many fresh salads and main selection. The dessert and Disney Character were great for my nine year old grandson.

We had the free dining plan and had paid to upgrade to the one where we could do a table service meal each day. I was told that this would be the best of all the table service meals and I will say I did not think so. It was super busy and to me it felt like that like... More

We went for the dinner buffet because it was convenient for the fireworks and had good reviews. The characters interacting with the young children was wonderful......... the buffet, just average.

This restaurant has a lot going for it….fun characters, prime location, bright interiors….too bad the food falls far short of the rest. The buffet is normal price for Disney, expensive in the real world but for these prices the food is quite lousy. So many of the offerings are covered in garlic (probably to cover up the lack of flavor)... More
