Once You Get a Table - Excellent Food

Even with reservations, you can wait 45 minutes to get a table, which is aggravating when you see there are lots of empty tables but they need to be bussed. We had reservations here for one seating for 2 and one seating for 5. The buffet food was good, and the children enjoyed going to their buffet which was on a level they could reach. The array of salads was unusual and outstanding. We also liked the soft-serve ice cream. Our server had zero personality and was the only one... More

Enjoyed an early morning breakfast before the park opened. great pictures on main street without the crowds. The food was good. The characters made their rounds and put smiles on our faces.

This is a buffet at lunch time and that would be okay except the buffet was not good. The chicken was small and tasteless, the salads average, my Mom said the fish was good. They did have " Disney characters" going to the tables which was great. The reason for the one star (besides the mediocre buffet) was when the... More

If you are willing to pay a whole lot just to have a meal on Magic Kingdom Main St., then maybe this is for you. Buffet food is average to sub-average. Service... Just OK. And Disney "policy" is 18% gratuity (did I mention it's a self serve buffet?). We had major snafu between resort concierge and the CP. CP ended... More

Enjoyed the character dining, Winnie the Pooh and friends made their rounds to all the tables, good interaction with the kids, and some adults!! Food was really horrible, dried out from under the heat lamps, children's buffet area was empty, not being filled, doubt we will ever go back. The waiter was very courteous and friendly.

This is our third time eating here and eating at other Disney restaurants reveals the shortcomings at the Crystal Palace. Service- It has been bad all three times. It is a buffet. After being seated, all they have to do is fill our drinks, take away dirty plates and bring us the check. I can certainly understand a waiter/waitress being... More

This was a nice restaurant and the kids loved seeing the characters. The food was good and since it was a buffet we went at our own pace.

We ate at the Crystal Palace on a hot, rainy spring day for supper. If you have kids, they will love the Winnie the Pooh characters that visit your table. The food is all you can eat, including shrimp, fish, roast beef, pasta, many different salads and deserts. It is very conveniently located at the end of main street. It... More

Although they need to improve the check-in process for those with reservations, there was lots of choices for everyone and they even have an omelette 'bar' where they will make your omelette how you like it. The breakfast 'lasagna' was incredible in that it might as well have been dessert. Way better than the Norway (Epcot) in so many ways.
