Terrible!! The characters followed no order in visiting tables. We dined for 2 hours and one character visited our table. I approached someone about it, her name was Alex, from Melbourne Fl. She was EXTREMELY rude and ignorant. I was shocked by how nasty a Disney employee was talking to me! We were not the only table questioning why they... More

We're seasoned Disney travelers, we usually go at least once a year, or ever other year at the minimum so we've tried pretty much every restaurant on Disney property. We've dined at Crystal Palace perhaps 5-6 times total. The food is good and is reasonably consistent each time we've been there. Not four or five star quality, but hey...it's Disney.... More

Will not do this restaurant again, wouldn't even try. The place is very dated, but worst of all dirty! Carpets, benches and floor buffet areas were visibly soiled. The buffet area was not cared for at all. Soup was spilled all over that counter area, and the counter space between serving bowls had dried crusted food and crumbs laying about.... More

This is exactly what Disney World advertises. Don't let these poor reviews turn you off. This is a buffet where the Winnie the Pooh characters (Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore) stop by your table while you are eating. The service is amazing. The waitress never let our drinks go unfilled, and every time a character got close to the table,... More

Was not impressed either time that I went here. It is Piglet, Tiger, and Winnie the Pooh. Not much organization, and the food was terrible. Worse than cheap cafeteria food for a hefty price...

This is a must for any fans of the characters of the 100 acre woods. The characters visit each table in turn and spend enough time for all the family photo's you could wish for. We visited for lunch and found it a very pleasant way to get away from the crowds yet still be part of the Disney magic.

The palace is Gorgeous! It's very inviting and spacious inside. The dinner buffet was good. No dishes really stuck out, your standard meat and potatoes type selections but they were varied and stocked. The service was friendly and the kids enjoyed the table visits from Pooh, Tigger and Piglet.

On the bus to the resort we were staying at, I asked my daughters where they wanted to eat. They replied the Crystal Palace. I was actually able to book a reservation for four people only a few hours before we ate there. We got there a few minutes early and asked to look at the food selection since its... More

If it wasn't for the characters dining near your table, I probably wouldn't have eaten here. If I would have known they were only the Winnie the Pooh characters, I would have went somewhere else. The service from the waiter was pretty good, but the food was just okay, however that is a lot to choose from the buffet, so... More
