As background were we with a party of 12 in WDW for 5 days, 6 adults and 6 kids oldest at 9 years. We booked reservations at the Coral Reef because we had already done several character meals and were looking for something different that the kids would still like. The restaurant is set up very well for anyone dining... More

Of you want a great ambience, good food, and reasonable Disney prices, you should try Coral Reef. All tables are set with a nice view to the aquarium, so don't stress with that. As Epcot closes at 9pm, I recommend to make reservation no later than 7.30pm.

Not the best of the trip by any means. The food was not that great. Maybe I'm too picky or non-adventurous, as I wasn't impressed with the menu. We had fried shrimp. And they did NOT have cocktail sauce. How does a seafood restaurant NOT have cocktail sauce? We were floored. Then we made our own with ketchup and horseradish... More

When we arrived, we were disappointed to be handed a pager. Although we had booked, had to wait for 15 minutes in a corridor area with no available seating. Subsequently found out that this is common with many Disney restaurants (& in my opinion,an area that falls short of the usual fantastic Disney service). Once we were called through, things... More

Be sure to make a reservation for this popular restaurant. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was super cool eating in the aquarium. Even with a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes. It was worth the wait.

First off it was nice atmosphere. You can watch the different marine life swim by as you eat. They even give you a sheet with the different fish in the tank so you can identify them. The food was very limited selection and pricey. I would suggest checking out the menu before making reservations or eating here. Not a place... More

My daughter wanted to eat by the fish tanks that you can see after the Nemo ride, so I booked a reservation at Coral Reef. We usually do 1-2 nice sit down meals on a Disney trip(we don't do the Disney dining plan) and figured this could be one of them. I made sure the menu online said more than... More

We enjoyed a lot of fine meals in a lot of fine restaurants during our week in Disney but this place stole the show completely. I understand some of the frustration elsewhere about long waiting times and struggling for a seat by the aquarium despite pre-requests (we waited beyond our reservation time for one to become available) but once seated... First thing to say is that the food is very good - a bit expensive, but still worth it. However, the service and reservation process is beyond rubbish. Let me explain: First, we booked our table 4 months in advance requesting a table for 6 by the aquarium windows which we were told would be no problem. On arrival only... More

Food was out of this world and the place is surrounded by the aquarium in the Seas section of epcot. You feel like you are eating in an aquarium and its beautiful. The also do diving in it so the divers are there in with the fish and will interact with you. My son who is 12 was mezmorized and... More
